I would absolutely stay here again! The check-in process was smooth, and Michael was incredibly flexible and responsive to any questions we had. The directions to the property were clear and easy to follow. Although we didn't cook while we were there, the place had everthing you would need to host. The house comfortably accommodated all six of us for the night, and since the weather was beautiful, we spent much of our time enjoying the stunning backyard. The entire setup was absolutely perfect—couldn't have asked for a better stay!

Our family really enjoyed their time in this great ski house . Very convenient to Sunday River . The bed were really comfortable and the whole house was perfect for the crew . The Hot Tub was very much welcomed after a day skiing . A huge plus . Very easy to communicate with host . Would highly recommend this home and we will book it again hopefully . We have stayed in many Air BnBa and this was one of the best . Thanks July .

Everything was clean, welcoming and comfortable. The hot tub was great. Be aware that it is in full view of neighbors so bathing suits required! Tim was a great communicator!

We spent a lovely few days at this property enjoying the winter weather at its finest. The house is close to everything but still felt private and cozy. A great choice for families!

great place for a group of friends to get away from the city ! hot tub was spacious, pool table was a great addition to the house, and the large property was awesome for exploring the woods. overall, 10/10 would definitely come back !! only downside, there were only 11 forks for 12 guests !

I was very fortunate to find Sean’s place and luckily it was available. It is nestled in a beautiful neighborhood in Conway, NH along the Saco River. My daughter got married this weekend and I had booked a Airbnb in Fryeburg, ME over 8 months ago. Unfortunately, there were new owners and the place was not as advertised. I had to scramble and found Sean’s listing and received a response within minutes and I will be forever thankful. I am a host and a renter on Airbnb and I understand the value of making sure that the Airbnb experience is wonderful for both the host and guest. I was so impressed with Sean’s place and how much it made you feel at home 🏠. His place had everything you needed to have wonderful experience. It is host like Sean that makes Airbnb very special experience. My one regret is that I wished I had stay a few more days relaxing by the fire 🔥 pit. Highly recommend Sean’s place.

We were a family multigenerational group. We all found the home extremely comfortable with lots of sunlight, beautifully designed use of space and tasteful decor. All ages 6 months to 72 years enjoyed the home! The hosts were responsive and helpful!

Overall, the impressions are positive, however, I would like to note that during the preparation process and during the rental, we received three detailed instructions and found another one in printed form about how we should use the house and how and in what order to prepare the house for moving out. In my opinion, this is too much. Live free or die is not supported option :)

We had a great late October stay for our honeymoon. The cabin was definitely warm enough for the 30 degree temperatures. Hot tub was amazing, that was clean as well. The outdoor kitchen was very convenient, even when it rains the kitchen is still covered. We had an amazing stay, will be visiting again!

Fantastic stay! If it’s available book it! Stayed with our 4 kids, plenty of towels, maxing kitchen setup friendly & helpful hosts!!! House is also setup for kids with nightlights, baby gates plastic dishes just for them. Hikes out the back door. Just awesome!

My wife and I had an amazing time! We were looking to relax for a few days and this was the place! The peaceful environment and welcoming house made it very easy to unwind and escape from our busy lives. Lisa was also very responsive whenever we had any questions!

We just had a wonderful ladie's weekend at Christy's place! We lucked out and got a bit of snow, so the cabin was the perfect cozy spot to spend the weekend with a fire and a puzzle! The hot tub was an extra added bonus! Beds were all very comfortable and living room was super cozy. Very easy ride to downtown for restaurants and shopping for a bit. Would definitely recommend!

The cabin is a perfect place to rest after spending time exploring the local area. It is so cozy, and feels like a home instead of a rental.

We loved our stay! We went in the off season from skiing and it was beautiful and peaceful. We were able to relax, there is good food nearby and awesome hikes. The cabin was very clean and well maintained and Carly was super communicative.

We had a great stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. It was in a convenient location, close to Mt. Washington and a few other trails we hiked, which made getting around super easy. Would definitely recommend and stay again!
