We had the best stay at Lesley’s apartment, which was so conveniently located across the road from the beach, and walkable to many great cafes and restaurants. The apartment itself was so luxurious and we really enjoyed our stay. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. I especially appreciated the artworks and how the apartment was styled, made it extra special. Kids enjoyed the books, puzzles and toys. The linen and towels were fabulously soft as well as the beds and pillows- we all had a great sleep! Thank you Lesley for the extra touch of Easter eggs for the kids - we were able to do a little Easter egg hunt in the apartment which made it so memorable! We felt it was very safe and private, and quiet. Perfect for a weekend away.

Loved it. The decor and furnishings are all so fun and unique. Billiards table, fire pit, great lounge area. Could have stayed a week! We loved it! Thanks Michelle

We loved our stay! Beautiful apartment that was comfortable and so well equipped with the bonus of a secure car park. Great location just across from the beach which had the most incredible sunsets! Close to everything we wanted to do in the Mornington Peninsula. Simon was very helpful with his instructions and left us such a warm welcome! Thank you Simon!

We were so pleased to have stayed in this very spacious apartment. The photos dont do it justice. A magic view of the bay from the balcony. A fabulous location making it an easy walk to restaurants, cafes, the foreshore and supermarkets.

Amazing location directly across from the park and beach, with the pub down the road. very easy check in, the kids loved the provided toys to play with after the very long drive.

Enjoyed 2 nights in Rosebud. Vanya & Zoran made us very welcome with lots of personal touches. They were a great help with any questions that I had, replying very promptly. Particularly helpful in giving me information to ensure my 92 yo father could use the facilities. He had a fantastic time. We certainly appreciated our gift.

John and Fiona’s place is excellent. It’s in a great location with only a short walk to the beach, main cafes and shops. John and Fiona were easy to communicate with and were helpful throughout our stay.

My family had the most amazing stay at Mel’s house. Everything was set up perfectly and there was so many tv areas for the kids and us parents to use. Our dog Harlie was safe and had so much room outside. The house was so clean and everything worked perfectly. We will definitely book again!

We stayed over the Easter long weekend and had a great time with family. The house was well presented, cosy, clean and super functional. A bit of a walk to town but easy beach access. Would recommend.
