Great spacious house which was clean on arrival and lovely inside. we had a great stay here and will certainly return again soon. the neighbourhood was lovely and quiet and had a beautiful green space right outside. check in was simple and easy and jamil eve allowed us to check in a little earlier. rooms were very spacious and had all the items needed towels, bedding even a travel cot for the little ones. Great amenities, maybe a mirror may help but other than that everything you need. thanks for a great stay, great communication throughout.

What a beautiful place to stay courtesy of two wonderful host, Michael and Sam. Their place is in a peaceful location, our children loved placing outside in the garden. That’s for the great stay Michael and Sam, it was great to meet you in the pub and very kind of you to buy us a round! I highly recommend your place.

Honestly, we had the most wonderful time. Our children thoroughly enjoyed the treehouse. It was amazing. The host explained everything in great detail leaving us excited for our stay. He suggested disc golf and French bowls that we could collect from reception. There is endless fun! Our 4 children were in and out of the hot tub, up and down the stairs, in and out of the slide. They played hide and seek tag in the beautiful countryside. We took a late night walk, made some fabulous memories. Great seating to watch the sunset.There were all the amenities for fire pit barbecue. We could not fault it and we will definitely be returning. One of our favourite places that we have been to as a family. Thank you!

This was our second stay at this beautiful farm cottage on the outskirts of Olney, and it was just as wonderful as we remembered. Nestled in the heart of stunning countryside, the setting is truly tranquil—surrounded by fields, trees, and plenty of sheep, it’s the perfect place to unwind and reconnect with nature. The cottage itself is incredibly cosy, immaculately clean, and feels like a true home away from home. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered to ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay. Penny is an outstanding host—warm, welcoming, and always happy to help, she makes the entire experience feel personal and effortless. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

Lovely stay and great communication throughout when. Stayed as family of 4 and whilst kids had to share a sofa bed it was perfectly adequate as a warm, comfortable and inviting space. Would definitely stay again when back visiting family in nearby Leighton buzzard which is around 10 mins in taxi.

Emma was a fantastic host and her place is a great home away from home - which is just what we needed. Emma was super proactive, friendly and helpful in making sure we had all the information we needed. The property was spotlessly clean, with a beautiful big garden overlooking fields.
