above all else, this stay is super convenient! a short drive (like 5 minutes) from the beach, shopping, groceries etc. they leave lots of games/puzzles which entertained us many nights, plenty of clean towels and extra blankets/sheets if needed.. we would gladly stay here again!

Beautiful condo in a nice development with awesome neighbors like the great family in the unit above. The development is easily walkable to downtown Rehoboth in 15 minutes or less which makes for a relaxing stay. The unit was spotlessly clean and well equipped with great instructions that really made the condo feel like home. My family really enjoyed our holiday stay in this great condo.

We really loved our stay, so much so that we're already talking about returning next year! The owners were super communicative and helpful, the place was perfect for our family of four, the location across from a great pool and tennis courts could not be beat, parking was easy, and everything was clean and clearly marked. The loft was perfect for my 7yo, and my 3yo has probably never slept better. The washer/dryer were great and came in really handy, and having two bathtubs was really great for bathing two kids at once. The two different porches are a really lovely touch, and all the beds were comfortable and bath towels plentiful. Truly can't say enough good about it!

We loved our stay at Gail’s place. The condo was spotless and had a lot of space. It was located in the heart of Dewey Beach and the two parking spaces were very nice to have. Our friends stayed at the adjacent Hyatt Hotel which made activities together very easy. We visited in early May so did not take advantage of the outdoor pool. Highly recommend this Airbnb!

Great 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom right on the beach. 14th floor, very quiet and you rarely hear your neighbors. The balcony you can hear the waves with access from living room and master bedroom. Kitchen is well stocked and great to have laundry in unit. You do need to wear a badge and security checks often.

This was one of the best places I’ve ever stayed in! The townhome was so spacious and immaculate. Plenty of sleeping space, plenty of bathrooms/showers, and lots of hang out space which was super helpful with 2 little ones! Pool was great as well and the location was perfect. Everything was a short drive or walk away! Thank you for a lovely stay!!

What a find! This apartment is large, perfectly furnished, and spotless - our family had a great spring break stay! The host was super responsive and made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed, including a late check out (we left at noon instead of the usual 10 am). I did have to do a few chores before I left (laundry, etc) but the unit was entirely worth it. Highly recommend!

Kristen’s condo was exactly as described, had everything you needed for a relaxing beach vacation! The walk out patio to the beach was such a great thing to have instead of lugging everything up steps or an elevator. Beautiful views of the beach, quiet and peaceful!

Everything was great. Wonderful location, great amenities, clean and beautiful view. Hosts were very responsive. We would definitely come back.

We loved our stay at this apartment! It’s beautifully decorated, spacious, and has everything you need, including towels and linens. The kitchen was very well equipped as well. We loved the two pools that are accessible as a tenant, as well as the gyms. And the location is perfect for bike rides on the trails from Lewes to Rehoboth. The apartment is still close enough to the various beaches and downtown Rehoboth to ride by bike, but away from the crowds. We are looking forward to coming back!

Colleen’s place was exactly as described. It’s conveniently located in Bayside. Everything was clean and tidy. We would definitely recommend it to other families.

Perfect beach getaway. We come to sea colony every other summer and Larry’s place did not disappoint. Quick bike or car ride to beach (parking near beach not great so def bring bikes or take sea colony trolly) Condo is upstairs so several steps to get up there but once inside it’s huge and perfectly set up for families. Lots of seating and rooms all good size. Upstairs loft has 2 queen beds instead of one twin and one queen which was a bonus! 💯 would recommend staying here (bring cookie sheet and dish towels and he has everything else)!!

We really enjoyed our stay. Jonathan provided great guidance regarding how to easily travel to this condo and getting access to the unit was seamless. The development is beautiful--great walking neighborhood and beautifully landscaped. The location enables you to access all the great things about Rehoboth and you are within walking, biking, and a short driving distance of everything. Jonathan's property is pristine and welcoming. We felt right at home immediately and were able to truly relax while we were there. Everything you think you're going to need is there and we really appreciated that core supplies were on hand when we arrived.

We love this place, can’t wait to go back next year. Great area, walking distance to the trails. The pools an added pleasure!

We had a great family vacation at Anna’s house! The house was spacious with plenty of room to sleep our party of 14, with a common area on each floor to hang out in. There were thoughtful additions to the house that made traveling with kids easier including board games, beach toys, bikes, and children’s books. Anna was an extremely responsive and proactive host who did a great job communicating information about the check in process, house amenities, and community facilities ahead of time. The house was a quick walk to the community pool which was also very nice, and an easy drive to many local attractions. Great stay overall.

We had a great time with friends and family over the weekend at your house. it was perfectly sized and spacious. The added advantage of having access to the clubhouse was a perfect arrangement for kids. Sharing a very few things that we think can be improved upon - a. Given the winters are off peak time for this beach town and the fact that outdoor amenities are not usable such as Tennis, Basketball and Pickleball courts, the clubhouse rate is steep. b. Having to carry our own linens is not that big an issue but does add more luggage. at least towels should have been provided. c. None of the toilets had any toiletries. It was clarified before the trip that toiletries will be provided so we were caught off guard. d. The powder room which is the only toilet in the first floor, did not have Trash Can. Otherwise, it was a good outing. There was something to do for everyone. We thoroughly enjoyed. Lynn was generous enough and allowed early check-in.

We had a great time at Sergiu’s place! Our two dogs had an excellent time and there was a perfect amount of space where both us and our other two friends felt like we had plenty of privacy and each couple had their own bathroom to use. We grilled out back and used the fire pit too and really enjoyed the location. Short drive to the beach and to all the restaurants and stores in Rehoboth. Sergiu was very easy to communicate with and responded quickly. Highly recommend!

We all enjoyed the house and felt very relaxed as soon as we walked in. I loved that the linens were all included and there were spares enough for us all. The house was well equipped as well with pans, dishes and the like, as well as coffee and spices. We were able to walk across the street to the terrific pool, another plus. The beach was a short drive, and we had the option of catching the community shuttle bus to Bethany. We will definitely consider staying here again.

We had four generations in the house for the long Labor Day weekend. It was perfect. Very spacious and comfortable. Nearby beach and town. A pool and small playground across the street thoroughly enjoyed by our three year old. A cook's kitchen. A gracious host. Five stars plus plus!

The check in was easy and the house was very clean. I was in town for business and rented the house for my team of referees for the weekend. This place was within easy access to some great restaurants. We will be back to stay for our next powerlifting meet. Thank you!

From the minute I made my reservation, Paul was nothing but welcoming. He provided me with local events and well-rated restaurants to visit during my vacation. Upon arrival to his home there was an easy access number lock that was more than easy to use. Paul’s home comes fully equipped with all linens, toiletries and kitchenware. It’s comfortable to stay in and the people in the community were also very nice. His home is within easy walking access to the beach and has a garage full of all the beach necessities. At one instance during our stay the AC malfunctioned and Paul not only responded immediately but was able to fix the AC within a couple of hours. Overall, I never felt I needed anything while staying in his home; due to it being phenomenally stocked. It resides in a beautiful community and there is plenty to do while there. Whether you enjoy the beach, love to eat or love to shop. I 1000% recommend Paul’s home to others and would definitely stay in his home again.

This is a beautiful property in a great neighborhood. Everything we needed was in the house, very well-supplied kitchen, laundry facilities, etc. We really couldn’t have asked for more and there was more than we ever could have expected. They’ve thought of everything and made it very easy for us to be comfortable and have a great time.
