Great location for getting around Canberra. Very central, while still being quiet and private. Really good value for money.

This is my 3rd visit to Cockatoo House. We keep coming back as it has all that we need to look after the show dogs, and attend the Royal Show. Great bathroom, all kitchen amenities Off street parking for several cars. Plenty of space outdoor, undercover. Several living areas inside too.

Multi Generational family stayed at Aprik's property and it was great. We needed to check in earlier and April was very accommodating and helpful which was most appreciated by my elderly mother.

Leo was extremely helpful, he let us know we left a shirt behind and arranged for us to come back to get it after check out. The place was clean and comfortable. We would absolutely stay again!

Great place for a family. Very peaceful and quiet. The best equipped house I have ever stayed in. Had everything you could need and want and more. Spotless and immaculate. Highly recommend.

Danielle‘s “The Retreat” in Goulburn was sensational exceeded our expectations lovely touches in the house. Great entertaining space well equipped fantastic location. We will definitely stay again when next in town.

We had a fantastic stay! The home was lovely—clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The beds were super comfy, making for a great night’s sleep. The pool was a highlight, and the undercover area was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the space. Communication with our host Andrew was excellent, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend this place and would love to stay again!

This is a reliable and quiet place which I especially recommend for a family stay with kids. The host was so friendly and helpful that we could have a very smooth settle down and a comfortable life here in Canberra. Y

Loved staying at Normans property, not only was he an excellent host but the property is in a prime location for coffee shops and restaurants. We have a family of five so finding accommodation for everyone is not easy. We found that at Norm’s place, it was great for all of us. Next time I’m back in Canberra ( be it for work or a family function) & if Norm will have me I’ll be staying there. Thanks Norm.

Great place, good loacation everything was convinient. Cozy home away from home. Will recommend the place to anyone visiting Canberra. The stocked fridge is an icing on top. The host was awesome , thank you Lee

The place was really lovely. It was clean and had quality facilities. Everything we needed was provided. The indoor and outdoor pools were fantastic! The only small downside was how much you can hear from the people above walking around, moving chairs and using water - the pipes are really loud and woke us in the night when they were used. It does not take away from the lovely place and location though. The bed and pillows were amazing too.

We had a great stay at Ally's. The apartment was as described in the listing, private, very clean and beds were comfortable. The location was perfect - just a short walk to shops and restaurants and the city bus interchange with easy connections to public transport around Canberra. If you run cold, I'd suggest bringing extra warm pyjamas as the apartment can get a bit chilly at night and the only heater is in the living room. Ally did provide extra wool blankets though so this didn't prove an issue for us. The only real negative during our stay was a smell of stale cigarette smoke in the stairwell leading to the apartment, which permeated the apartment on one evening of our stay. However it did not generally impact our stay otherwise, and I do not believe it is something Ally could control. Overall I would recommend Ally's place as a comfortable and convenient option and great value for money. I would be happy to stay here again.

Olivia's place was very quiet and peaceful. Checking in was very easy as Olivia provided clear instructions. The bed was very comfy and the bathroom was modern and very clean. The kitchen area was well stocked with crockery, and tea and coffee bags were provided, which was a nice touch. It was an easy five minute walk to the Ainslie shops, which included a supermarket. Great place to stay!

For the business traveler or anyone seeking a comfortable stay, I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Hugh’s apartment. The space is well-designed, functional, and equipped with quality cooking utensils, and practical linen, making it easy to settle in. The building offers excellent facilities—I made full use of the steam room, sauna, spa, and pool, which were perfect for unwinding after a long day. The gym is also available for those looking to stay active. The location is fantastic, with a short walk to a major shopping complex and only 4-5 minutes to the lake, making it great for both convenience and leisure. What sets this stay apart are the thoughtful extras. The supplied laundry facilities were a welcome convenience, and small appliances like the toaster and coffee maker added a homely touch that isn’t always found in Airbnbs. Hugh was a fantastic host, communicative and helpful throughout. I highly recommend this apartment and would happily stay again. Thanks, Hugh! Enjoy, Gavin

Great location for a morning walk by the lake, choices to eat out at your doorstep or everything you need to cook / eat in. We needed help with something one night and Andrea was responsive, and super friendly, a great host.

Harry's apartment was really clean and light and bright. It was well equipped with lots of space. Our car was safe in the parking area and we were never more than half an hour away from anything we wanted to visit Laurel and Steve

The place is great, and Sadeepa was an excellent host. The apartment had everything I needed for a long stay, and there’s heaps available within a short walk.

From the minute I booked, I was beyond impressed and that carried through to our entire experience. The location, the apartment, the little personal touches that Aaron adds is beyond compare, the time went way too fast. Thank you Aaron, we can’t wait to go back

This lovely Reid apartment was perfect for us. Conveniently located 2 mins away from Canberra’s civic district, and we felt like at home, and even our dog was comfortable in staying there. The apartment was well appointed with amenities and nicely decorated. We loved the art work. Overall Madison’s place suited our needs and we will recommend to our friends wanting to visit Canberra.
