Be immersed in the peace and quiet of a Tuscan olive orchard by staying in this stone farmhouse which features traditional architectural elements such as terra cotta floors, vaulted ceilings, and original wood fixtures. Dive into the plunge pool with sweeping views of the Mediterranean Sea. For adventurous travelers who will appreciate the 10-minute panoramic walk to the house (we will transport your luggage and groceries by tractor). The magical view of the world below with the coast on the horizon which can be enjoyed from every room of the house and from the entire olive orchard with its walking paths and plunge pool with waterfall. Being a pedestrian village, Metato is quiet and peaceful. Yet, the beach and many great places to visit are a short drive away- Pisa, Florence, Lucca, the marble quarries of Cararra, Pietrasanta, Viareggio.... Guests have exclusive access to the pool and property. Metato is a friendly litttle village in the hills overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. There is a quaint family-run restaurant in the village that serves local homemade dishes at a very reasonable price. Our pedestrian village tends to attract kind people in search of peace and quiet and a proximity with nature. Time seems to go by more slowly here. It is a perfect base for families who want to explore Tuscany and the beaches of the Versilia coast. The home is in a beautiful, quiet location on a hill surrounded by olive orchards and vineyards just a 10-minute walk from the parking lot. Explore the medieval village of Metato where fireflies and breathtaking views await. Take an invigorating hike or head to the beaches a short drive away. There is a parking lot at the base of the village where you can park the car. The village itself is pedestrian but I am happy to greet guests at the parking lot on their arrival to transport their luggage, groceries and whoever wants to ride to the house with my little Italian tractor! The nearest airport is Pisa (45-minutes by car). All the major car rental places can be found there. The nearest train station is Viareggio.

La casa si trova in una posizione tranquilla e panoramica. Da cui si può godere una splendida vista sulla val di Vara con tramonti spettacolari. Il mare delle 5 Terre dista circa 35 km, questo rende possibile andare al mare durante il giorno e rilassarsi nel clima fresco della montagna la sera.

"IL MARE IN CASA" apartment is located in Riomaggiore's marina, its a former fisher's household with a wonderful terrace just above the sea, the view is incredible. Very close to shops, cafes and restaurants, but also to the train station and next to the ferry station. The apartment is equipped with every comfort: Wi-Fi, Air conditioning, ceiling fan, microwave, hairdryer, NESPRESSO coffee machine, and much more. All the products are tested and the environment is regularly sanitized.

L'appartamento SUNRISE è un'antica costruzione in pietra posta nella parte alta del paese di Castè. A fianco alla casa passa il sentiero 501 che conduce direttamente alle 5 terre attraverso i boschi che riempiono la valle. E' dotato di una grande terrazza (oltre 16 metri quadri) che gode di una magnifica vista panoramica sulla valle e dalla quale si ammirano delle emozionanti albe. Il parcheggio è privato. Tipica ed esclusiva casa terra‑tetto su 4 piani, affacciata direttamente sulla scogliera di Tellaro, uno dei borghi più affascinanti d’Italia. Dal terrazzino potrete vivere momenti indimenticabili: colazioni con il profumo del mare e cene a lume di candela con una vista spettacolare su Portovenere e sulle isole del Tino e della Palmaria. Qui troverete tutto ciò che serve per un soggiorno unico, un vero Nido d’Amore dove il solo sottofondo sarà il suono delle onde.

Casa indipendente per 2-3 persone situata sulle colline dell'entroterra ligure, a soli 30 minuti in auto da Levanto e dal mare . L'alloggio è composto da una spaziosa camera da letto , bagno e cucina . Per arrivare in casa bisogna fare quattro rampe di scale. Ottimo come base d'appoggio per visitare le Cinque Terre , La Spezia e l'entroterra ligure . Nel paese è presente un bar, e la macelleria . La nostra casa è una soluzione semplice e tranquilla.
