Welcome to our little slice of heaven situated in the South Bay of Oneida Lake, 20 minutes east of Syracuse. Enjoy a private sandy beach in a shallow cove, with a spectacular sunset every night. Sleeps up to 11 with 2 full bathrooms. Well stocked kitchen includes dishwasher. Enjoy lake views from most rooms of the house, bask in the sunshine or stay cool under the porch. Swim, kayak or paddle your way around the lake. Excellent location for fishing. House is currently being updated, pics to come

The Lake House is 1800 sq. ft. of complete relaxation. Dock your personal boat out back on 50 feet of the beautiful Oneida Lake South Shore and feel free to use the Paddle Board w/life jacket, the Kayaks w/ paddles or the fishing poles provided for Guest use. Prepare wonderful meals in the fully equipped kitchen or on the Gas Grill to eat outside or inside. Enjoy the evening scenery on the spacious deck or in the hot tub with friends and family awaiting the spectacular South Shore sunsets!

Reconnect with loved ones in this family-friendly place. This is a cozy 4 bedroom house located on Oneida Lake. It will comfortably sleep up to ten people. There are TV’s in each bedroom. You can cozy up to the fireplace in the living room on a cold night. There are two full bathrooms one on each floor. There is a large deck with many seats to view the beautiful sunsets each night. All bedding, blankets, towels, and paper products are included with your stay.

Beautiful lakefront single home where the beach is the backyard. Walking distance to Sylvan Beach attractions and restaurants. Open floor plan offers great views of lake, beach and famous sunsets. First floor wheelchair friendly. Summer rentals Saturday through Saturday only off season two night minimum. Comfortably sleeps 6 plus. First floor queen bedroom plus pull out couch in living room. Second floor first bedroom king with twin trundle second bedroom two queens.

Sylvan-Verona Beach is the destination place to be in central New York. The Spencer is a comfortable 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment located on the relaxing south side of the bridge just walking distance over from Sylvan Beach and all the action ranging from not only a beautiful sandy beach, many family owned restaurants, a lovely carousel, the Lake House Casino, an old time amusement park and many shops. The State Park is just south in walking distance as well.

Step out to the shared lawn, firepit, hot tubs, and beach just a few steps away. Grill, sip a drink under the gazebo, or gather around the fire as the sun sets over the lake.
