Private retreat on 45 acres, 5 miles from major highway. Salmon river 20 mins drive, snowmobile trails across the road. Private cozy cabin, queen size bed and futon. The Lake House is 1800 sq. ft. of complete relaxation. Dock your personal boat out back on 50 feet of the beautiful Oneida Lake South Shore and feel free to use the Paddle Board w/life jacket, the Kayaks w/ paddles or the fishing poles provided for Guest use. Prepare wonderful meals in the fully equipped kitchen or on the Gas Grill to eat outside or inside. Enjoy the evening scenery on the spacious deck or in the hot tub with friends and family awaiting the spectacular South Shore sunsets!

Cozy Cazenovia Creek Cottage less than 2 miles into the village. This Fly Fisherman’s Cottage sits directly on Chittenango Creek! Chittenango Creek is known for its hiking, biking, and of course world renowned fishing! What used to be the original carriage house down from an 1890 Farm House has been transformed into a rustic space with original exposed beams yet clean and comfortable space with all the modern conveniences. Your Nest in the Woods Treehouse is a great place for adults to feel like a kid again and to unwind in the woods or down by the water! A cozy get-away for couples, or small group get together! (The Nest is not suitable children or pets). The tree house has front and back decks. Under the treehouse is a sheltered picnic table area, propane grill, and a wood fire pit and outdoor games. Hang out by the overlook and enjoy the view or follow trail down to Fish Creek water access.

Come relax and unwind in our newly renovated cottage! Set on 2 acres overlooking the hills and valleys of beautiful Central New York, you'll feel a million miles away in this exquisite 1200 sq ft home. A 5 minute walk brings you to Chittenango Falls Park, with its majestic waterfall and lots of trails. The property is bordered by a ravine on one side and a NYS walking trail that follows an old rail line on the other. The historic Village of Cazenovia is 4 miles away.

The Spencer at Verona Beach

Sylvan-Verona Beach is the destination place to be in central New York. The Spencer is a comfortable 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment located on the relaxing south side of the bridge just walking distance over from Sylvan Beach and all the action ranging from not only a beautiful sandy beach, many family owned restaurants, a lovely carousel, the Lake House Casino, an old time amusement park and many shops. The State Park is just south in walking distance as well.
