It is only a 5 minute walk from an almost private beach and a 15 minute walk from an organised beach where you can find mini markets and restaurants. 7 km far from the downtown. Ένα υπέροχο σπίτι διακοσμημένο δημιουργικά, απέχει 7 χλμ από το κέντρο της Ερμούπολης. Έχει υπέροχη θέα στον κόλπο της Φάμπρικας. Είναι πέντε λεπτά με τα πόδια από ερημική παραλία και 15 λεπτά από την οργανωμένη παραλία, της Βάρης. Υπάρχουν ταβέρνες και μίνι μάρκετ.

Ο χώρος μου βρίσκεται σε ένα απόλυτα αιγαιοπελαγίτικο περιβάλλον, με υπέροχη θέα, ακριβώς πάνω από την παραλία της Αμπέλας και πολύ κοντά στο Μέγα Γιαλό (5' με όχημα/ 10' με τα πόδια, μέσω μονοπατιού). Είναι ένα πολύ ζεστό, άνετο και μοντέρνο σπίτι, φωτεινό και με πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα. Είναι κατάλληλος χώρος για ζευγάρια, οικογένειες με παιδιά, αλλά και για ταξιδιώτες μόνους, που έχουν ατομικά ενδιαφέροντα. Διατίθεται χώρος στάθμευσης.

Η κοσμοπολίτικη Ερμούπολη και το λιμάνι της απέχουν μόλις 5χλμ και το αεροδρόμιο της Σύρου 3χλμ.

The house is build with stones like all other houses in the village. I'm preserving the traditional way of the village islanders living with all the modern needs of today. The house has a bedroom with a double bed, a sofa an equip kitchen and a bathroom. It also has a private backyard where you can smell the fresh air from the beautiful view of the mountains and feel the nature.

The studio combines tradition with luxury and comfort. The decoration of Ostria is minimalist according to the Cycladic traditions of the island. The exterior space is characterized by the tranquility, the elegance and the imposing charm of the view in the sea.
