It is only a 5 minute walk from an almost private beach and a 15 minute walk from an organised beach where you can find mini markets and restaurants. 7 km far from the downtown. Ένα υπέροχο σπίτι διακοσμημένο δημιουργικά, απέχει 7 χλμ από το κέντρο της Ερμούπολης. Έχει υπέροχη θέα στον κόλπο της Φάμπρικας. Είναι πέντε λεπτά με τα πόδια από ερημική παραλία και 15 λεπτά από την οργανωμένη παραλία, της Βάρης. Υπάρχουν ταβέρνες και μίνι μάρκετ.

The house has a bedroom with a double bed, a sofa an equip kitchen and a bathroom. It also has a private backyard where you can smell the fresh air from the beautiful view of the mountains and feel the nature.
