If I were to use one word to sum up our experience at George's, it would be "kismet". As our first time visitors, our idea was to stay in the Ano Syros/Ermoupolis area. However after a few days, we decided to move on to the South part of the island and that's when our vacation truly began. George welcomed us into his home as if we were longtime friends. He brought us local fruits, honeys, jams, pastries and wine, enough to keep us well fed for days. As a native, he was full of ideas and suggestions of were to eat, shop and visit. Next, I cannot tell you how magical his home is. Not only do you feel it, it is a fact that his home is in the most perfect location in all of Syros. The jaw dropping view, weather, calmness is unmatched and after 2 weeks and visiting every part of the island, I can say this with confidence. Often we would spend the entire day out on the deck soaking up the sun and the view in this beautiful and well appointed home. By far our best AIRBNB experience ever!

I recently stayed at this stunning villa in Tinos, and it exceeded all my expectations! The property was absolutely perfect, with a breathtaking view of the island and a beautifully designed space that felt both luxurious and comfortable. The highlight for us was definitely the hot tub, which provided the perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring. The villa was immaculate, well-equipped, and thoughtfully decorated, blending traditional Cycladic charm with modern amenities. The host was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed for an unforgettable stay. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat with stunning views and top-notch comfort, I highly recommend this villa. We can’t wait to return!

Great house with plenty of space and many balconies to have a meal or just hang out. Lovely hosts, very helpful and responsive. The house is super close to the local beach and not far from a small cafe. The AC was a must in August as it gets quite hot. Everything was great, although the only suggestion we would make is add a second toilet somewhere else than in the single bathroom as it can get ‘logistically’ complicated with large groups. Thanks!

Excellent séjour dans cette très belle maison. Tout était parfait et les hôtes disponibles et hospitaliers. Avec une piscine ce serait le paradis sur terre. On a eu un séjour exceptionnel avec bébé, enfants et chiens. Recommandé de tout coeur ♥️

La maison de Lina est très agréable, très bien équipée et joliement décorée. Nous étions un groupe de 6 et la maison est très spacieuse. Un grand merci à Lina pour les généreuses courses qui nous accueillaient le premier jour. Une petite plage à quelques minutes à pied permet de se baigner et de prendre un café, ce qui est très agréable.

An absolute bliss for people in search of peace and serenity. The house is at least as nice as on the pictures, and the views are breathtaking. The two terraces are amazing, as well as the pool area. The short road is not as bad as expected: it is pretty steep but most of it is paved with concrete, except a few hundred meters that are a bit bumpy, but nothing too bad. The only downside was the lack of equipment in the kitchen (no salad bowl in Greece, come on... :)

We were thoroughly impressed with the villa. It was completely as described and provided everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The villa was very well presented, extremely modern, everything was in good condition and worked. The view from the villa was awesome and we thoroughly enjoyed sitting on anyone of the four terraces gazing at the view or enjoying the sunset. The villa is well positioned to access a wide range of facilities such as bakery, supermarket, butchers or vegetable shop and excellent restaurants. Many very good beaches were also close by. Andreas the manager of the villa was excellent to deal with, he was proactive and extremely prompt to respond. I would say a car is essential to make the most of the villa and the island. I also agree with a previous reviewer who suggested that good driving skills are helpful. All in all we totally recommend a stay in the villa and would definitely return.

What a beautiful villa! The pool was fantastic, and the views were priceless. We had everything we needed and more. Every detail was thought out perfectly. Kameliya was so friendly, responsive, helpful, and proactive in tending to our needs. She spoiled us with ice cream, cold waters, and espresso cups upon arrival, and had a box of hand me down toys to engage the kiddos. All 8 of us slept comfortably with plenty of AC units on both floors. We used the laundry/wash machine once, and it worked great. Also, the restaurant/tavern Kameliya recommended was exceptional. We didn’t want to leave and hope to return.

Extended our stay as it was an amazing place in an amazing location. Katerina was super helpful and answered any questions we had before and during our stay! Highly recommended

Notre séjour a été très agréable. La maison de Magda est parfaite pour des vacances en famille en bord de mer., totalement équipée et très facile à vivre. La vue est exceptionnelle, le soleil est là du matin au soir. L'environnement avec des plages proches, des restaurants locaux de cuisine grecque très appréciés ont fait de notre séjour un moment inoubliable. Et pour couronné le tout Magda a été formidable: très disponible et donnant énormément de renseignements et des conseils sur les alentours, elle a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable, très discrète pour ne jamais nous déranger...ce qui nous a fait nous sentir comme à la maison. Je recommande fortement aux voyageurs Syros comme destination mais surtout dans la maison de Magda, nous y reviendrons tous avec grand plaisir.

fantastic house by the sea with loads of amenities close by. the swimming pool and mini basketball court is a great addition that kept the whole family entertained. the host was super friendly and even sent us restaurant recommendations for the area! if you wish to visit Syros with family and friends booking this house is a must

The house is amazing just like in the photos! Very relaxing, beautiful and with amazing views. The sunset is FAB! It’s in a very quiet place just a bit outside of Chora which is easily approachable by car that’s essential in the island anyway. Our only recommendation would be to improve the path/road towards the house as its a bit rough for a small car especially. It would be also nice to have some lights too as at night it’s pretty dark. Rather than that our experience was great and we would definitely come back and recommend it. Thank you so much for everything Christopher :)

The location is incredible and the outdoor space and the views are some of the best we have experienced in our travels around the world. Syros is a wonderful island - Ermopouli is a lovely town and Azolimnos the local resort is delightful.

The villa is flawless. Newly constructed and very spacious. The pool and patio area was wonderful - sun all day into the very beautiful sunsets. The inside was ideal - high end finishes in the bathrooms, and probably the best thing - amazing water pressure. Bed rooms each with AC units and very quiet/private. Really could not be improved upon. Nikos was a wonderful host with suggestions and very eager to showcase the islands beauty. I wish we stayed longer…
