The condo has a fireplace, a private deck with views of Carson Valley and Tahoe Basin, a gas grill, a 4 person hot tub, 3 bedrooms (Cal King, King, and Queen Beds), two bathrooms, high-speed WiFi, and FireStick TVs. There is also access to a community pool and hot tub.

This adorable remodel has a downstairs living plan, a private hot tub on the huge back deck, heated bathroom floors, new carpets as of 2024 and sleeping for 7 people. All the bedrooms are upstairs, and they all feature queen size beds. Also upstairs is a workspace, laundry, and a loft play area.

Delightful Condo in Truckee

Our condo is a great winter and summer location. Just 10 minutes from Squaw, 15 minutes from North Star, 15 minutes from Lake Tahoe and 4 minutes to Donner lake. Complete with a deck, grill, garage, shared hot tub and pool, and a full kitchen. *No pets - we've had ppl sneak them in and our cleaners always know. It's a $1k fee when we find out.
