We are in a wild & spectacular protected area in front of Arcipelago la Maddalena Natural Park. The villa is equipped with full optionals, comprehensive of a nice BBQ area surrounded by spectacular granite rocks typical of this area. Also walkable is a stylish beach club and speed boat rental ( LO SQUALO BIANCO). You are only a 15 min boat ride from the amazing archipelago of LA Maddalena. There are many grocery shops and restaurants and stunning beaches within 10-20 min drive. We have upgraded our internet to Elon Musks Starlink which is very fast.

Bella villa vista mare a Baia Sardinia Porto Cervo

E' la villa più alta di Baja Sardinia (Arzachena) dal terrazzo di circa 60 metri quadri si gode di una vista indimenticabile sulle isole di Caprera, Maddalena e nelle giornate più terse della Corsica. Siamo vicino a Porto Cervo,Poltu Quatu,Porto Rotondo, Arzachena .Le spiagge più belle della costa Smeralda si raggiungono in pochi minuti. Baja Sardinia offre servizi completi, comunque in poco tempo si può raggiungere la provincia di Olbia. Aria condizionata a pagamento con contatore.

This villa with ocean view is located in the exclusive setting of Capo di Coda Cavallo, right in front of the marine park of Tavolara and Molara islands. Cala Suaraccia (sandy beach) is only 300m away and many other stunning beaches can be reached by foot. The semi-detached villa (renovated in 2019/2020) is surrounded by a 1000m2 garden with typical mediterranean vegetation offering various areas for relaxing in the open. It lies 23km south of the Olbia Airport.
