Great for some R&R as night time is virtually silent and as we do not face directly down the Stroud valley we are luck enough to enjoy very little light pollution . Stroud and Cirencester have farmers markets, independent shops, cafes and restaurants. Cotswold water park is 25 mins drive

Cosy cottage in the heart of the Cotswolds

The detached property is set in the garden of the main house. Ewen is a lovely village with the Thames path a 2 min walk away which takes you into beautiful Cotswold countryside. The Bakers Arms makes a good watering hole on this route. Cirencester is a 5 min drive with boutique shopping and dining options. Kemble Station is 1 mile away with a direct link to Paddington Station (1 hr 15). The Cotswold Water Park is 5 mins away with lots of water activities. Beautiful Roman Bath is 40 mins.

Ashley Barn

The well appointed annexe apartment has its own entrance, parking outside and is self contained with king size bedroom, sitting room, kitchenette (please read below) and bathroom with a bath and separate shower. With glorious views across the fields to see horses, sheep and cattle grazing in the fields beyond. This annexe is quiet, comfortable and secluded, with tea and coffee provisions provided. Although petite in stature, the cottage oozes character with low ceilings and beams and has all the qualities needed if you are looking for a rural retreat or romantic break. There is a village shop and cafe all within a few minutes walk. The property has its own parking and all the amenities to make it a great base from which to explore the Cotswolds.
