Had a wonderful weekend at Sally's house at the foot of Power's Lookout. Very comfortable and just what we were after. Highly recommended.

House was absolutely beautiful, we had a group of 6 people and we had so much space we barely saw each other. We were actually in Victoria to visit Beechworth but we decided the 40 minute drive was worth it for the price and the size and quality of the accommodation, so I'd reccommend this to anyone looking to visit Beechworth if you don't mind the drive. We all left wishing we had have had more time there! Great experience overall and would choose to stay here again if I'm ever out this way.

Charli’s home was a lovely, comfortable place with all the amenities we needed. Charli was very proactive and very quick to respond. Would highly recommend her place.

The property itself is great and the back garden is absolutely breathtaking especially serene river view. It’s the perfect spot to unwind and relax Very impress with the exceptional cleanliness especially with the cookware, utensils, plates were meticulously maintained which is not always the case with many accomodations even with the luxury ones. We were spoilt with the range of drinks (teas, coffees, hot chocolates) in the kitchen. Another example of the level of care and thoughts from the host Tania was an outstanding host making sure our stay is nothing short of amazing. With that the stay/place deserve 11/10! Grateful to have the opportunity to experience this place

This is our second time staying here. Its a great place to stay and we all enjoy it. Very quiet. Fantastic engagement with Emma organising the booking, lots of info on the local community, easy to get to, and a well organised home for us to stay. Being able to instantly switch off is a great way to start a long weekend and we could all do it here. Comfortable beds. A great lounge to relax on. Well laid out kitchen. Easy to use laundry facilities. Lots of natural light coming in to every room. We are already planning a return visit.

Great house in a private location off a slip road. Very close & easy walking to the lovely little town of Yackandandah. It has a great hotel, a good supermarket, pharmacy, cafes etc. Everything at the house was as described or better. Good kitchen with plenty pots, pans, plates, glasses, cutlery etc. Host provided bread, milk & eggs and there were cereals, jams, salt, pepper, oil and more. We used the main bedroom and it was roomy and the bed comfy. Our 2 small dogs loved the yard and slept in their dog beds in the large laundry. We would definitely return and happily recommend the house to others looking to visit Yackandandah.

This was such a lovely stay — the place was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described. The host was super responsive and thoughtful, which made everything easy. I’d absolutely stay here again! Thanks David & Michael.

Mad on Buckland was a lovely homey place to stay set in an idyllic, picture perfect location. Close to neighbouring towns and sights but far enough away to feel you are in the hills on your own. Kay and her partner were lovely. You will definitely enjoy your stay!

Well presented and equipped property. Perfect for a weekend getaway or longer stay. Plenty of additions including a drying room for your wet gear. The firepit was a stand out with plenty of wood available. All in all a great place to make your base when hitting the slopes or exploring out of season.

Perfect base for a snow trip. The house is great for a group and within walking distance to the pub and restaurants. Vicky was proactive in contacting me and making sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again

Spacious family home with everything we needed for our weekend away. It was the perfect base for our visit to Mt Buffalo. Warm and cosy, with lots of games for the kids to play as well as a huge backyard so they could play outside too. We’d love to stay again. It was the first time we’d been to the Alpine region and it was so beautiful.

Jenni & Peter are fabulous hosts & lovely people!! The place was brighter and bigger than I assumed from the photos. Big shower & renovated bathroom - clean place throughout and comfy bed (also pitch black at night with block out blinds which aided our sleep). Our dog was very happy and calm both in and outside in her gated area beside the pool. The kitchen has all of the amenities you would expect and more. The location is tucked in the back corner of the property so it's nice n private (no people walking past). Would definitely rebook. Bless you Jenni & Peter :)

I randomly found this villa on Airbnb, and I was immediately drawn to its exterior and beautiful pool. After checking in, I was pleased to find that the actual place matched the photos perfectly. The modern design is comfortable and tidy, with convenient facilities, and the environment is peaceful. Most importantly, it is pet-friendly, and they even thoughtfully provided pet shampoo. My family and dogs had a very enjoyable and memorable weekend. Additionally, Sophie was very professional and responsible, with a friendly attitude. She responded quickly to any questions we had. Thank you for having us Sophie. We hope to have the opportunity to come back again in the future. All the best!

Our stay at Stirling Lodge was exceptional. It’s a really well equipped airbnb with everything you need and more. Beds were comfortable and location is wonderful. We loved the personal touches of coffee machine, soda stream and gifts of local wine, chocolate and coffee beans! There was plenty of wood and we enjoyed having the fireplace. We would like to come in warmer months to enjoy the pool and nearby river and would suggest the addition of a drying room/cupboard for ski gear during the winter months! We hope to stay again ☺️

Bald Hills House is the ideal place for a peaceful weekend away from it all. And yet it is close enough to a great pub at Stanley, fine dining in Beechworth, and a handful of choice wineries to the west of Beechworth. We started with lunch at the Stanley pub, visited Serengale Winery on Saturday morning, and dined in Beechworth on Saturday night. Mainly though we relaxed in Ian's house, read, swam in the pristine pool, walked, enjoyed the bush setting from the deck, had the odd beverage or two and reminded ourselves of the old days. Internet connection was great, and living off the grid was a new experience for all of us, and trouble-free.

Mary’s place was great to stay at. Comfortable, clean and easy to get to.

This is a beautiful place with lots of great touches to make you feel welcome. Really well thought out. I highly recommend it.

My husband and I absolutely loved our stay at Grey Wolf. We got off to a rocky start as we were not able to fit snow chains to our car but with the help of Melinda and Steve from 3741 Adventures we were able to get up the mountain safely. We didn’t end up seeing any snow but we had the most amazing and relaxing few days in Dinner Plain exploring and snuggling up in front of the fire. Melinda was an absolute delight to deal with and we can’t thank her enough for her outstanding hospitality and generosity. Our border collie was especially pleased with the dog treats Melinda left for him. We would 100% recommend coming and staying here and we’ll definitely be back. Thanks again Melinda, you were a star! ⭐️

The ideal long weekend retreat away from the city and crowds. Barb was so warm and welcoming and had a fresh loaf of bread, eggs, fruit, coffee and snacks ready for us! Everything is thought of, with the fully equipped kitchenette and fridge, BBQ, board games and a cosy fireplace - couldn't think of anything else we needed. It was Easter weekend so the surrounding areas were busy, but it was so nice to come back "home" to Barb's place, just keep in mind it is about a 35-40min drive from Bright, Beechworth etc. But that's what makes it special, it's so quiet (apart from the farm noises) and the stars were incredible. Her family were visiting and gave us privacy but also were lovely and shared extra eggs from their Easter egg hunt and opening the gates for us. Definitely worth the stay and would highly recommend Barb's farm stay place!

Loved our stay at Jay’s cozy and welcoming home… description met our expectations and the location was perfect as a base to visiting nearby Kiewa river, Mt Beauty and surrounds.. Jay is a very responsive host and made communication easy and gave good recommendations for our adventure loving boys!

Rachel's place is clean, bright and spacious. We enjoyed playing in the garden and eating on the deck. The indoor plants were gorgeous. It was a short and lovely walk to town. We would stay again!

Such a peaceful and special place to spend the Christmas holidays. So wonderful to wake up every morning surrounded by birdsong and gum trees. The house itself is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay and more spacious than appears from the photos. Hosts were very responsive and helpful.
