We had an incredible stay at this spacious riverfront house! The highlight was definitely the breathtaking waterfall right on the property—it felt like something out of a movie. The house itself had plenty of room for everyone to relax and unwind, and the sports barn setup was a huge hit with my family. Seeing the old mill on-site was also a unique and memorable touch. This place truly offers a perfect mix of natural beauty, history, and comfort. Highly recommend!

Full of character and history this home was absolutely perfect for our family of four! The location couldn't be better. Just a five-minute stroll to both the town centre and the waterfront, with coffee shops, cafes and pizza restaurants nearby. There are two spacious bedrooms, ample living and dining areas, and a brilliantly functional kitchen with every utensil we could need. We also enjoyed the outdoor patio space for relaxing. Our hosts were responsive and attentive, clearly putting care into every detail of this remarkable home. If you're looking for an authentic Kingston experience that blends history, comfort and convenience, look no further!

We’ve now stayed twice at Brenda’s house. It’s perfect for our family: great location, nice kid’s bedroom, well stocked kitchen, lots of space to relax, and now has a jacuzzi! Westboro beach is a short walk, and there’s a small park nearby for the kids. Brenda is a very thoughtful host, and the house was spotless when we arrived. We definitely plan to be back.

Beautiful place, had an ice storm while there which was beautiful on the trees. NY does a great job on maintaining the roads so we weren’t held up at all..we were in town for a family funeral so didn’t do anything extra this trip. Nice place to retreat to after the long day.

I always look forward to my stays at Erik and Lise Anne’s. they are always very gracious and helpful. Response time for issues is great. Donna, the co host, is magnificent and so kind. The kind of place that makes you feel like your home away from home. Will return many times!

Clean, comfortable, safe place! Highly recommend. Shaun was fantastic to work with. We travel to Belleville frequently and this will definitely be a place we come back to.

Staying here was perfect! Very private, all the appliances worked and it’s nice to see everything was clean and updated. I would definitely recommend the A-Frame to friends and will keep in mind for future getaways.

Steven's place was exactly what we needed. Easter weekend we visited our son. We weren't 100% sure how many of our family were going to make the trek. The house turned out to. e perfect with 2 more of my sons showing up, so the extra space was magnificent. With my 92 year old mother in one of the rooms it was nice to have a bathroom handy. The downstairs living room with TV allowed the younger lads to stay up later and not disturb the others needing sleep. Thanks for a perfect Easter weekend.

Excellent place! Beautiful setting, cozy, quiet and very clean with spectacular views. Perfect location for waterfront walking, downtown shopping and dining. We definitely Italy will be back.

Loved this place! Location was excellent and super close to Morrison’s and Cooke’s which was great for us. My mom & I were in Kingston to visit family and friends. It was my mom’s first stay in an AirBnB and she was very impressed. She kept saying how classy the apartment was. Sol checked me in - he was super friendly and gave me excellent instructions. Apartment immaculate and had everything we needed.

Nous avons passé un super séjour chez Maya. Elle avait vraiment pensé à tout pour le confort des voyageurs, que ce soit en produits de la salle de bain ou de la cuisine. Nous avons bien aimé le feu au gaz qui permet de rapidement avoir de la chaleur lorsqu'il fait plus froid ou humide dehors. Maya est également très réactive aux messages avant et pendant le séjour. L'environnement direct est calme, même si le centre ville plus animé est très proche. Seul bémol : nous logions au RDC d'une maison dont l'étage est loué également et nous entendions tous les déplacements des locataires du dessus (et de leur chien) et les bruits d'eau de douche et de la toilette. Nous somme enchantés de notre séjour, la ville est vraiment très intéressante, il y a plein de choses à découvrir. Le logement est particulièrement bien situé, il y a des restaurants partout et tout est accessible facilement à pied !

3 words: Location, location, location!! This place is in a great location to visit Ottawa and walk to pretty much everything. It was about 20 minutes to Parliament Hill and everything in that area. Worked perfectly for us. Note that the store mentioned in the listing as being in the same building is no longer there! (we arrived very late due to flights and were planning to grab a few things there in the AM). There are a couple of small corner stores nearby, but the nearest grocery store (Metro) is about a 10 minute walk (important for us as we deal with some food allergies and prepare most of our meals. This place is comfortable and decently equipped (some of the kitchen pots/pans/frying pans could stand to be replaced) so if you're not looking for "high end" and are good with homey and comfortable, this place is perfect! There was an issue with the valve in the toilet the day after we checked in and Aresh fixed it right away. Communication was always very prompt.

Great place, clean, everything you would need and close to any store or restaurant you need. Glenn was responsive and helpful with tips on where to dine. Would definitely stay again.

could not speak more highly of this listing. the place looked better than the photos, especially the fabulous bathroom. hosts responded within minutes to my messages. impressively - they went above and beyond with stocking the place (there was milk and eggs in the fridge, chocolates left for us, a variety of dinner / cookware, spices, etc). have not seen many airbnbs do that in a while (most provide the bare minimum). location is easily walkable to the main street. we will be returning when we are in next in kingston. thank you andrew and karolina!

Sean is a wonderful host. His million dollar home is incredibly well stocked with all the amenities. I think we’re the first Snowy, Winter review …. and we definitely rate it 5 Stars like all the warm weather reviews. The lovely fireplace glows throughout the massive living room, and our Christmas Dinner at the huge dining table was epic! The house has a magnificent heating system; even single digit outdoor temperatures were no problem for it. Sean deserves his Super Host status …. He didn’t mind me texting & calling him for restaurants and various instructions … a truly nice fellow. The house is a bit hidden away but its views and grandeur are unmatched. We definitely want to return in the summer to take advantage of its magnificent waterfront location. Thank you Sean for trusting us with your mansion!

This place had plenty of room for all guests which made for a very comfortable stay. When the Keurig wouldn't work the host was very quick to offer to bring by a different machine. Very appreciated! Would stay here again.

We had an unforgettable experience during our stay and look forward to returning next year. The island was beautiful, the many different houses accommodated our large group and each family of the 5 that went had their own space to unwind. The kitchen was beautiful and made meal prep and cooking so easy. The kida had lots to do with basketball, board games, mini pool tables, hot tub and the highlight was definitely the swimming. The water was great, warm and clear at any given time during the day and the kids had so much fun jumping off the docks, using the paddle boats and the canoes. We all had such a great time and are so thankful to Marla and Sherri-an employee who helped us when we checked in and checked out- Sherri was a great help, kind, friendly, hospitable and even recommended a different cottage with less steps for next year that I will definitely look into because it was a beautiful experience. Don't think twice about booking your stay here my family and I loved it!
