At the back of the cottage in a private fenced off area surrounded by grape vines is a spa pool for you to enjoy a romantic evening under the stars or just soothing those tired muscles. Enjoy staying at our newly built, beautiful cottage. There is so much to experience in Hawkes Bay and at the end of the day, relax and have a glass of wine on the large deck and enjoy a soak in the spa. We are 3km’s from the heart of Havelock North and in a semi-rural location; on the main arterial road into the village. The cottage is fully self-contained and on separate grounds to our main house, which is on the adjoining property. There is even room for a caravan (with external power point)

A 1 to 2 minute walk and you'll have access to a well stocked 4 square dairy, takeaway and pub (including pizzas) A 15 minute drive and you'll be in Hastings. Havelock North or Napier, one of the Art Deco capitals of the world. Aslantis Beach House is a great getaway for couples and business travellers.

Richmond Cottage

Nestled at the front of our property away from the main house, a quaint but modern cottage, set in a quiet semi rural area, very central, only 10 minutes from Hastings, Havelock North and Napier. Close to many great wineries and easy access onto the stop bank to one of many of Hawkes Bay's bike trails. Clive is small town with a few amenities including a local pub, Four Square, Chemist and a couple of eateries. All main supermarkets can be found either in Hastings or Napier.

Fall asleep to the sound of the waves and wake to a glorious sunrise. Walk and cycle the safe, seaside paths. You can easily experience much of the area by bike and foot. Our apartment includes a three room guest house made up of a bedroom, bathroom and a living area, with an optional sofa bed. There is a small private courtyard outside the apartment for your use only. Adjacent to the apartment is a private bedroom available to accommodate extra guests or family members.

Beachfront studio( standalone) situated in front of surf break in Te Awanga. Open plan studio with decks both sides, bbq, newly renovated upstairs with a full kitchen all linen supplied . Separate bathroom below accessed from outside.( for your own private use) A quick walk to wineries, cafe and coffee shop ,a bike hire near by, safe swimming ,fishing and & surfing. We are situated on the cycle track. Private and relaxing in front of the ocean.

Modern 2 bedroom apartment conveniently situated just 10 minutes walk from the centre of the beautiful Havelock North Village. Although young children are welcome, please be aware that my property is not really suitable for young active children and is not fenced from the neighbours or the busy road. Message me if you need a one night stay as this may be possible in the winter months. Discounted rates are available for stays longer than one week.

Our stylish cottage has the best of both worlds. Rural, quiet setting, only a 3 minute drive from the fabulous Havelock North village. Situated on a very special, peaceful, slice of paradise, on an apple orchard, on the northern outskirts of the village. Minutes from Hawkes Bay's amazing attractions. A twenty five minute drive to the Napier airport. Our swimming pool is situated behind the main house, 30 meters over the paddock.
