We had a relaxing stay! We enjoyed sitting out back in the sunshine!

Comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. Mike and Molly were very responsive to our queries too. Enjoyable stay all around

Very nice four bedroom house. Very clean. Beds comfortable. Everything needed for cooking a meal. Showers strong. Good washer and dryer. Pool table in the basement is great! Only drawback was since we are in wintertime did not get to use the pool! Would stay again 100%.

This was one of my favorite places to go with the family, I definitely recommend this place!!! I will be back, the host was amazing and responsive, the house is lovely, there was so many great moments the family had together some comments are to picky, almost had me second guess my booking but DO IT! YOU won’t regret it! It definitely worth the money.

This property was so conveniently located for all our trips needs. Slept like a baby every night. Everything was clean and comfortable. Appreciated the single level as stairs can be difficult for my family. Was sad when it was time to checkout. Will definitely book again next time in Toledo.

Great place to stay, nice surrounding farm

This place is awesome. So many things to do in the house to keep kids occupied when it’s cold or rainy.

Our wonderful host made our weekend trip to Toledo for just a few days feel like a relaxing weeklong vacation. The cottage is cute, comfy, and squeaky clean. We had a wonderful time and appreciated the thoughtful touches and fantastic local recommendations.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Comfy beds (all 6 of our guests) enjoyed a good night’s rest every night. The host prob invested in good mattresses. It was well worth it. The property also close to tennis sites as communicated. Hosts were quick to communicate and respond to all our questions. We were also low maintenance families that enjoyed each other’s company and property was perfect size for that. Would def stay in property if we played in tournament site again.

Had a comfortable stay at Vincent’s!

Our stay at Scott's place was perfect. It allowed us to have a place to relax after a long day on the water,. While it isn't a big place, it is bigger and more relaxing than a hotel room. Everything is exactly as it shows in the photos and Scott was very responsive and even gave us some flexibility with check-in which we didn't end up needing, so thank you Scott for an awesome little spot close to the water, we will absolutely be trying to book another stay with you in the future.

The house is on a busy road so it’s easy to miss but the house itself is great place to stay!!! You know it’s clean when the rules say no outside shoes in house!!! The beds are so comfy!!

The Mini-Mansion is a great stay for smaller groups. Our group has stayed MANY times at Vince and Pathy's Mansion next door. There weren't as many of us this time (only 8) so we decided to give this home a try. It was the perfect size! The dining space and the comfy living room couches were perfect and enough room for us to play games and enjoy long talks. The game room in the basement was an added bonus too. The location is always what also draws us here.... it's central to the spa, downtown, thrift stores, shopping, restaurants etc. We like being at the end of the street which is an easy in and out to wherever our days adventure will take us!

The house was clean and as described. There is a second bathroom in the basement. Communication was fast, responsive, and clear. Living room was plenty big and kitchen had space and clean.

Such a beautiful home and a lovely host. Fast, easy communication and answers questions quickly. Willing to accommodate requests with lots of follow through.

Landon was incredibly responsive and helpful, and the place was perfect. He was accommodating for our large group, and the place is just so special. He has truly thought of everything - this place has comfortable furnishings, snacks, amazing coffee set up, truly just above and beyond in every way. Thanks!!!

Terrific house! Great location and wonderfully peaceful neighborhood. Felt right at home in this beautiful and spotless house. Having no a garage to put the car into was wonderful. We will be back for sure!

We were only visiting a few days to view some of the birding migration at Magee Marsh and Ottawa Reserve. It was only minutes away in a quiet country surrounding. Lot's of space and the house itself is historical. Enjoyed our stay very much!

We stayed for 10 days over the 2024 Holidays, where we visited our daughter on a farm near Blissfield, MI and I worked remotely from Amy's place. The house was a high quality stone cottage built in what I'd guess were the 1920s or 30s, reminiscent of the home in which Kay grew up in Mt. Morris, Michigan in the 1950s. Prints of Amy's watercolors throughout the home were beautiful and unique. We especially enjoyed the stone fireplace in the family room and the glassed-in sun porch. The location was on a quiet residential street but with great access to major streets with lots of restaurants, services, and all kinds of shopping within a few blocks. Amy responded quickly when we texted her, and proved to be very accommodating to our requests. We will definitely try to book again when we visit our daughter in the future.

This was such a great stay! Everything was so easy from day one booking the trip. Angela was extremely friendly and responded always right away. She was so sweet knowing our daughter was graduating from college and made sure we were comfortable. House was perfect. Kitchen was stacked with pots and pans and yummy seasonings! We felt at home! She had the best coffee ever! We never ran out of hot water! The bathrooms even had bidet toilets which were awesome!! Heated seats were great! Over all I would rate them an A+. Thank you Angela for making us feel at home!!!
