Interamente ristrutturata , seguendo un restauro conservativo anche nel recupero di arredi ed elementi di barche dismesse, utilizzati in maniera funzionale all’interno della casa. Si affaccia direttamente sulla spiaggia alla quale si accede dal vecchio portone che veniva aperto per tirare a secco le piccole imbarcazioni.Si compone di una camera matrimoniale, un living con divano letto , cucina, bagno e spazio esterno.

As its access goes through an outside staircase leading directly to your terrace, you will have complete privacy during your stay. Situated halfway between Palermo and Cefalu Inside you will find a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a large living room with a sofa bed for two (a sliding wall allows to privatize the night area), a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a 30m2 terrace with a sea view.

Si sviluppa su due piani e ha due balconi che si affacciano su Corso Vittorio Emanuele, la piú antica via di Palermo. É composto da: ingresso, soggiorno, cucina, camera da letto e bagno con vasca ; al piano superiore si trova una seconda camera matrimoniale, bagno con doccia e un grazioso terrazzino .
