We had a great experience renting this apartment. The property was exactly as described - clean, in a great location, and equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. Pepe was always available to assist us with any questions or concerns. He also provided us with a list of recommended places to visit, which was incredibly useful in helping us discover great restaurants and bars in the area. We truly appreciated this extra touch!

We needed a place to stay in Benicassim, Spain for 3 months and we couldn't have picked a better place or asked for a better host. This top floor apartment is close to the beach, a short walk to restaurants, supermarkets, and only a 20 minute walk to Benicassim Village. It's the only apartment building on a quiet residential block. The large terrace is great for spending hours outside viewing the ocean and mountains while eating, having a drink, taking a siesta or reading. Beautiful sunrises over the sea and sunsets beyond the mountains. Everyone in the building was very nice and welcoming. We had a few requests for Alfonso and he was absolutely accommodating.

Pasamos 3 noches en el apartamento de Carlos y estuvimos muy a gusto. Volvería sin duda. Muy bonito, equipado con todas las comodidades y, sobre todo, muy limpio. El apartamento está prácticamente en la playa, así que es ideal para quienes quieren pasar unos días en el mar, y además se encuentra aparcamiento fácilmente. Todo fue tal como se describía, lo que hizo que nuestra estancia fuera tranquila y sin sorpresas. ¡Una escapada perfecta para desconectar y disfrutar del mar

We loved our stay. The apartment is nicely situated, with a good layout, and it had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed having breakfast on the balcony with a beautiful view of the mountains. On top, Joaquin was an excellent host! Very friendly, helpful, and responsive. It really felt like he cared and wanted to make our vacation as comfortable as possible. We can easily recommend this spot for a trip to Benicàssim
