We really enjoyed our stay at this location. There was plenty of space for our group of two couples and one child. The amenities listed matched the description and everything was very comfortable. The location and nearness to the Pearl and river walk couldn’t be beat. There are many options for food and entertainment within walking distance or a short drive. There is a personal code to gain access to the driveway and to the house. Having a dedicated parking space is very helpful for the busy area. The home had a variety of kids books, some toys, dishes, and family games for those traveling with kids. We did need bug spray for mosquitoes outside, but this is pretty typical in the area. We would definitely stay again when we have extra family visiting.

The best way to describe this place is wow! The pictures did not do this home justice. We had everything we needed and the master bedroom suite was phenomenal. This is hands down the best place to stay is Fredericksburg! We have been to Fredericksburg many times and stayed many places but don’t think twice about staying in this gem. We WILL stay here again!

Casa Italia was so beautiful! Me and my family felt right at home. It had everything you need and it’s very private in a beautiful neighborhood. Angel left clear and perfect instructions. I would definitely recommend this house for you and your family!

Our high expectations were exceeded! The house is centrally located to so many places such as Seaworld, restaurants, and shops. Most importantly to us this home was in the 1604 Loop as we came for a BMT graduation at Lackland AFB. This is our first time using an Airbnb and we were very happy with our stay. The home was comfortable, the neighborhood was quiet. The host provided all needed linens. Besides your personal belongings, this house has everything to make your stay comfortable. Should we ever come back to San Antonio, we will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to our friends or anyone coming to this area.

Beautiful, well taken care of home that was as cleaned as it smelled. the amenities were absolutely wonderful, we loved the clean hot tub and the convient TV hot tub set up. Very insta pic friendly and the ac is strong!

Harry’s place was very spacious and me and my friends had a great time! The kitchen had all necessary tools for us to cook some meals. The space was clean and we loved the hot tub. Would recommend!

I have never been able to stay at such a beautiful, enchanting accommodation at such a great price point! The entire property is like stepping into a dream and the villa itself is unreal. The pool, hot tub, outdoor shower, and greenery are incredible! Check in and out are easy and their welcome binder makes every villa process easy to figure out. Barbara is such a kind, phenomenal host who I cannot say enough good things about! The property manager is wonderful as well. They are absolutely the heart of this place! It is so clear that this is a labor of love and I am so grateful for having the chance to have spent just over a week here. There is even a book with local recommendations for guests! I highly recommend this villa for any person or group and am already looking at return possibilities to see how soon my best friend and I are able to come back. We had the best trip of our lives!

We have an annual Ladies Trip each year for the 8 of us to meet up and spend some quality time together. This is year four and by far the best. We enjoyed being able to relax on the balcony and enjoy the breeze, watch the fish in the water at night with the lights in the water, kayaking, and fishing off the wharf. Great memories! House stocked very well. Kitchen is huge so lots of room for us to move around and prepare meals together. Will book again or at another of Roxanne’s properties. Eyes on Oklahoma.

Had a wonderful stay. The house is very nice and comfortable. Beautiful interior and with all the comforts of home. Calm area and green. Can definitely recommend.

Exceeded my expectations! By far this is the cleanest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. Seriously spotless! The hosts also provide the essentials without creating clutter in the space. I really loved the layout of the villa as it was open in shared spaces but with enough privacy between the rooms. I loved that despite having neighbors the window views were of the green spaces between the villas and provided beautiful natural lighting. Looking forward to our next visit already!

We had a great time at Diana’s house! The pool and hot tub were excellent amenities. Plenty of space and beds throughout the house. The kitchen was spacious and had everything we needed. I would recommend this stay to anyone.

Second time staying at Ryan’s place. Lovely villa with peace and quiet. I love that the whole place has Alexa devices throughout so music can be played from any room in the house.

Both host and co host were super nice, and responsive with any questions we had during our stay. Place was clean, my children enjoyed the home, pool/hot tub, and its detailed Harry Potter decor. Would definitely stay again, and recommend anyone to stay here.

100% would recommend staying here. It’s really clean and super quiet, definitely a great spot if you just want to relax and enjoy the stay. It’s great that it’s so close to the grocery store and the city isn’t super far either but far enough to where it feels peaceful. Loved it!

The love shack was perfect for a weekend away! We grilled, enjoyed the hot tub, relaxed by the fire ring and on the back porch with gorgeous views. The cabin was stocked with everything we needed, from fire wood for the fire ring to k cups for the coffee pot, and lots of clean towels. We came down for a motorcycle rally, and scenic rides, but this was such a perfect little cabin, that we will absolutely be back. The host was thorough with the instructions, and super friendly and helpful with any questions we had. We were secluded but not too far from grocery stores or restaurants, they were just a little drive away. The bed was SO comfortable too, we both slept great! We had a wonderful time here at the love shack, and can’t wait to come back.

My husband stayed at the bird point cabin for 3 full days to celebrate our wedding anniversary and my husband’s birthday. We loved the privacy we had at the cabin and how close it was to Main Street. The cabin was very cute and perfect for this trip. Overall, we had an amazing stay and would stay at the bird point cabin again if we find ourselves back in Fredericksburg.

This is THE best getaway! It is so beautiful…. All the beauty you are surrounded with. So clean.. feels like a home I would love to ensure you daughter can learn to appreciate the REAL beauty of life. Coming back for my birthday and anniversary! This was such an amazing gift to experience. If you ever need to push the “reset “ button, I HIGHLY recommend coming here…

Really enjoyed staying here. It is quiet and clean and very nicely set up. My only complaints aren't even really complaints, just unexpected... The cabin is pretty close to the road. There is a row of trees for privacy and protection but we expected to be further back. It's on a quaint circle of other cabins, which you can see your neighbors... But they were quiet and it was very peaceful. We also for some reason expected the hot tub to be under a covered patio, which it isn't. There is however some lovely rocking chairs under a covered patio which was very lovely since the first day it poured rain. There are also no chairs to lie out but there are plenty of seated chairs. We anticipated this and brought our own zero gravity chairs with us. The experience was overall very lovely. Beautiful little cabin with all you need. Great movie choices. Enjoyed our stay.

My husband and I rented this cabin for 3 Days 2 nights anniversary stay. We really enjoyed the seclusion of not being super close to Neighbors, surrounded by trees and nature. It was very peaceful and Serene. The cabin had many amenities to keep us entertained while having romantic evenings. We loved the vaulted ceilings, the large porches, the hot tub, the porch swing was one of my favorite places to sit, and we loved the large two shower head shower. It was also cool that there was trails to the pond and other games to play in the coffee table. We had such a good time there and would recommend this cabin for any reason to go stay there. We hope to return in the future!

If you’re looking for quiet, cozy, peaceful, & relaxing… this is the spot to go. 10/10 would recommend! Will definitely be back!

If you are looking for peace and tranquility, this is the place. The cabin really fells like I am in the middle of the forest with water view! My dogs and cat were able to enjoy the open space and roam freely. We enjoyed staying here very much!!!
