Angie and Tim’s villa at Botanica Modern Lofts was absolutely sublime—one of the best we've stayed in around Bang Tao. The pool is pure zen, and the lush gardens truly make you feel like you're in a tropical paradise. Inside, the villa is beautifully styled with a calming, neutral color scheme that adds to the overall sense of relaxation. It’s tucked away in a quiet, private area, yet still within walking distance to great local spots, including the fantastic coffee shop Tree O’clock.

We stayed in the house for 1 month and loved it. Very beautiful and quiet location but close enough to the action as well. The house itself was in a very good shape and extremely clean. The hosts were very responsive and pleasant to deal with. I can recommend this beautiful house 100% and I hope to stay there again.

Highlight of our time in North Thailand! Our stay here in Pai was magical & Pimanchaya’s property was the highlight for us. We felt right at home in this beautiful place, our kids included. The gardens, outdoor bath & hot springs were much appreciated & the peace felt here is just what we needed after long term traveling. The inclusions for kids are amazing & there is always something for them to do/play with - they had the best time. We wanted to spend as much time enjoying the house as we did the area of Pai. We would recommend this property to all family & friends & and we will definitely be back again as a family who now have very fond memories of this place. Sad to say goodbye! We had an absolutely incredible stay at Sunil‘s place. We had to move in last minute as we had an issue with the previous Airbnb and we are so happy that it all worked out because not only did we have a comfortable, relaxing, and luxurious stay at Sunil‘s home, but he also became a very good friend to us. He went out of his way to show us the island and gave us a tour in his awesome truck. He also gave us a ride to the ferry when we departed. He took us out to brunch and we got to meet his sweet sister as well. We are so incredibly grateful to have met such an awesome person and we will definitely stay here again when we return to the island. Highly recommend 10/10!!!Thank you Sunil 🙏🏻

We stayed with our two-year old son and everything from the villa itself to the location was perfect. You are close to everything, although we rented a car which we would definitely recommend, with plenty of restaurants nearby and a short drive to the old town. The villa itself is beautiful but retains a homely feeling. The pool is great but small note that it’s about 5ft deep so if you have young children they will need full supervision. We couldn’t recommend the villa or host enough and look forward to hopefully coming back in the future

Super Gastgeber und super Unterkunft !! Guillaume war sehr freundlich, flexibel, hilfsbereit und immer schnell zu erreichen !! Die Unterkunft ist ein Traum, ruhig gelegen in einer Seitenstraße und trotzdem alles fußläufig erreichbar. Trotzdem würde ich mir nen Roller mieten, macht alles viel bequemer und ist für kleines Geld zu haben....

Les villas de Marque sont incroyables, nous avons passé un séjour à deux : 1 chambre, toilettes et salle de bain chacune c’était génial ! Le personnel est très agréable et souriant, mention spécial pour les coffee ice latte.👌🏽 Et je tiens à ajouter que c’est encore plus beau en vrai qu’en photo vraiment très calme et reposant, merci beaucoup

Excellent stay. The house is very beautiful, and there is air conditioning everywhere. Ja prepared everything for us, delicious breakfast, meticulous service, we were all very satisfied. The transportation is also very convenient, there is 711 next to it. The cat in the yard is very cute. A perfect trip.

We loved staying at Eltons home. It was super clean and modern and loved that the property came with a car to hire as an extra. Made life so much easier and it was very reasonably priced. Communication was fantastic and the house keeper was lovely. The only criticisms I have is that you have to pay an additional fee for water and electricity and we just felt that it then cheapened the stay. I would have rather paid more for the overall stay and the charges hidden within the cost. We also had an issue with the annex bedroom which smelt strongly of mold. Again when this issue was raised communication was fantastic and Elton promised he would look into this issue further. I still review this property as 5 star even with the couple of issues raised, as it was honestly that breathtaking and the communication was superb! Thanks Elton!

實際入住的感覺比照片美的太多太多了！ 泳池非常乾淨又很寬敞，還有按摩功能❤️ 客廳、廚房非常乾淨明亮、採光很好、器具齊全，挑高的設計讓人非常舒服。 每一間客房都很精心設計且都有衛浴設備，熱水穩定、水量多！ 如果再來清邁一定會再來入住🥹🥹🥹 超級棒的住宿體驗！

The villa was super spacious. In such a nice area of Pattaya and the staff were really friendly and super accomodating! Thankyou, Art and the team! We may even stay again next year!

We decided to skip the hotels this time and we are all very happy we did. This property is just beautiful, quiet, and comfortable. We ended up using the kitchen more than we expected. It was a perfect place for our friends and us to hang out and relax. Ah was so helpful- ordered ice for us, we had massage ladies come for foot massages at the house. Anna is fast on replying back to any questions you might have. The rooms are just like the pictures. The garden/pool area is just so peaceful with the kittens running around. It is a little oasis. We really enjoyed our stay and most likely will be back again. We were able to get Grab car service from the villa to the beach. Makro is close by. We were picked up by shuttle for island day trip. The location is super private. There are couple of same style house that connected via the backyard. There are 4 bedrooms on 3rd and 4th floor. All have bathroom in it except the room on third floor with sea view. And still there are 2 toilet on 1st and 2nd floor. Kitchen, dining area, living room and dining area outside are perfect! We loved it.

Beautiful location, high quality rooms and idyllic climate high up in the hills. Only issue is getting transport to other places because of how remote it is.

Beautiful resort. We had a bungalow with a sea view which was lovely. Enjoyed watching the monkeys who also came to our balcony on one morning. Really helpful staff. It’s about a 1km walk to the main town but it’s a nice walk with lots of bars etc on the way, or you can get a water taxi. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend

The house was even better than the pictures and description. We loved waking up and having our morning coffee on the deck overlooking the valley. And evening tea doing the same. The kids had lots of room to play. And lots do in the area if you like the outdoors. Pongkuna was a great host and responded very quickly to our questions when we had them. We would highly recommend staying here and will stay again when we are in the area.

Absolutely 5 stars! I'd give it a 6 if I could! This place is a perfect escape from the city, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in nature, clear your mind, and enjoy peaceful countryside living. The room was well-equipped with almost everything we needed and perfectly comfortable for a one or two-night stay. We enjoyed doing our own BBQ for dinner, and it was delicious! The complimentary breakfast was also lovely. The host's service was absolutely outstanding! He was always quick to respond and incredibly helpful whenever we needed anything. We are so grateful! It was my birthday during our stay, and I was so happy to have spent such a memorable time here. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway!

She kindly took me to the lantern festival, a moment that became the pinnacle of my Thai adventure. Her hospitality was unmatched, offering me fresh produce from her garden to enjoy in delicious salads. The serene environment was perfect for rejuvenation and connecting with nature.
