Our charming upper studio private suite is located on a quiet treed street in beautiful Collingwood. Its decor celebrates the charm of small town life, celebrating a connection to nature and setting a happy vacation tone. It's a ten minute walk to our historic downtown, offering unique shops, galleries and creative places to eat and drink. Sunset Point Park is closeby and a network of more than sixty trails is one block away. We are a ten minute drive to Blue Mountain where adventure awaits.

Parking for 2 vehicles max during evening hours, with a large, private mudroom to store skis or bikes safely. Located above our residence and flower studio. Minutes from skiing, golfing, and the longest freshwater beach in the world. Walk into Collingwood downtown for fantastic shopping, restaurants, brew houses, pubs, entertainment and more.

Light is provided by 2 lanterns, very primitive, and pioneer like, but practical and comfortable. Access to close by heated outbuilding with electricity, lights, flush toilets, and hot showers, hot water. Water is nice and drinkable. Beddings, towels, toiletries, kettle, fire tongue, dishes, lanterns, breakfast can be ordered. Communal hot tub/Sauna. You can bring your own firewood or purchase it here $10 per bundle. There is wifi in the property closer to the main lodge. 1 car spot

Nature surrounds our home. Year round getaway with lots close by. We are walking distance to the waterfront/ boat launch. A short drive to Barrie, Horseshoe Valley & Orillia. Fishing year round. Winter we have ski hills minutes away. Our home is attached to the groomed trails so you can cross country ski or snowmobile straight from our door! Very clean and fully sanitized estate home. **Please note: we DO live here, kitchen shared but you barely notice us. We stay out of your way
