Sunset Point Park is closeby and a network of more than sixty trails is one block away. We are a ten minute drive to Blue Mountain where adventure awaits.

Light is provided by 2 lanterns, very primitive, and pioneer like, but practical and comfortable. Access to close by heated outbuilding with electricity, lights, flush toilets, and hot showers, hot water. Water is nice and drinkable. Beddings, towels, toiletries, kettle, fire tongue, dishes, lanterns, breakfast can be ordered. Communal hot tub/Sauna. You can bring your own firewood or purchase it here $10 per bundle. There is wifi in the property closer to the main lodge. 1 car spot

Winter we have ski hills minutes away. Our home is attached to the groomed trails so you can cross country ski or snowmobile straight from our door! Very clean and fully sanitized estate home. **Please note: we DO live here, kitchen shared but you barely notice us. We stay out of your way
