Perfect accommodation for what we needed. Tea, coffee and milk in the kitchen were very much appreciated. Great location. Beds and rooms were comfortable.

We had a lovely stay at Stephen&Bev's caravan. View from the room window is absolutely stunning and instantly puts a smile on a face. There is lots to do nearby. We've found plenty of sea glass at the beach. Hosts are lovely and very helpful! Caravan is modern, pristine clean, lots of plates, cups, pots. Everything is in great condition. We will definitely come back again!

David was the perfect host from start to finish. Excellent communication. Flat was a home from home and great value. Plenty of room to spread out. Peaceful neighbourhood and a lovely walk into town through a treelined walk. Darlington had great amenities too. I would definitely stay again without a doubt.

We would definitely recommend staying at Karl’s house. It was easy to find, easy to drive in and out of and had private parking behind a locked gate. We found the home very comfortable, clean and felt homey. Karl was very helpful and responsive to all our queries. It was great being able to wash and dry our clothes every day with the convenience of a clothes line as well as hoist.

Adham’s property was perfect for the one night we spent in Durham. Really easy to access the city, easy to find and great communication from Adham. Thank you - we’ll be back

We absolutley adored staying in Charlie's place for the week. We've been to many air bnb's but this was our favourite! Excellent location, so clean and honestly felt like a home from home for me, my husband and our 2 year old. Gorgeous outside decking area and easy walk into Pickering with easy parking just around the corner. We loved it and will definitely be back! Thanks ❤️

Peaceful quiet location. Near train station. Clean . Generally well equipped, although a few bits of cutlery and crockery missing but nothing major. Comfortable beds, pillows not to my personal preference as very hard, but overall an excellent stay and I would not hesitate to stay again and would recommend.

Absolutely fantastic host, very responsive to our messages and was very flexible to accommodate our very late check in. Very understanding as we booked under difficult circumstances. Lovely spacious house and in immaculate condition.

Melanie’s place is fantastic. Such a brilliant location in Seaham for everything we wanted to do and what an amazing view of the sea out front! Everything we needed for our short stay was provided and Melanie’s instructions for accessing the building were clear and helpful. The Seaglass Apartment is fantastic!! I stayed for 25 nights and was very sad to leave the Apartment and to leave Seaham. The Apartment had everything I needed. It is nicely decorated and is located within easy walking distance to restaurants, Pubs and stores. The Apartment was extremely clean and has a nice cozy feel. The kitchen is great and the bathroom is wonderful. I especially Loved the bathtub after a long day walking on the beach or hiking. Gillian was Very easy to communicate with and quick to respond to questions. I am really looking forward to staying there again.

I think that this was my third stay and I'll be back again. Such a lovely peaceful setting and I always feel right at home. Bex was, as ever, very helpful and friendly in her communication. This is a great stay and great value for money.

Firstly Masham is such a beautiful market town, it’s like you have stepped right back in time to C18th, save that there’s a chippy round the corner and some great bakeries and cafes. Jack and Abigail’s wee studio is perfect if like me you want a couple of days of absolute peace. It was spotless, private, safe and had everything I needed. Thank you for a lovely stay. Sue
