To rent, nice apartment with balcony and sea view in a private residence with private pool for maximum 4 person. When you look for relaxing summer place you are on the right place, only 2 minutes’ walk from the beach, shops and restaurants Facilites Full equipped kitchen with washing machine, coffee machine, water warm up machine, toaster, oven, refrigerator, microwave, TV, sofa with bed possibility, bed line leisure. A bedroom with a double bed ( 160 cm ) and storage possibility as well as a bathroom with a shower and a nice living room ( sofa for 2 person ).

Stunning 1 bedroom Apt on quiet San Fermin complex

This beautifully refurbished first floor apartment is but a stones throw (an aprox 8 min walk) from the sea front with all of your usual holiday amenities and entertainment. There are multiple bars, restaurants and takeaways to choose from or a well stocked supermarket if you choose to relax on the patio and escape from the rush. If you want to go further afield there are good transport links via bus, taxi or rental car to the whole island. We look forward to welcoming you to this island soon.

Situado en la calle peatonal más importante de la isla, junto al casco antiguo y con unas vistas espectaculares, cerca de los lugares mas emblemáticos de Lanzarote y a escasos pasos del mar. Próximo a la zona comercial y a 5 minutos a pie de la playa. La vivienda está recién reformada con un diseño pensado al detalle. Great location & great layout

This apartment is located very centrally near both old town and main strip. Many facilities such as large Lidl, two other supermarkets, bus stop and the Biofera shopping centre are located within 400 meters. There are a few really nice bars, restaurants at the corner. The apartment is well laid out with most furniture multi functional . It can comfortably host two adults and two children for sleeping and storage . It is very comfortable, unique and relaxing . All Irish & UK & European TV.

Impresionante amanecer sobre el mar en Arrieta

Acogedor apartamento sobre el mar, con impresionantes vistas. Ideal para vacaciones en familia o pareja. Situado en primera planta de pequeño y tranquilo edificio de sólo cinco viviendas. Lugar privilegiado. Cerca de los Jameos del Agua, de la Cueva de los Verdes y de Órzola (para ir a La Graciosa). Arrieta tiene excelentes restaurantes con pescado fresco, Playa de arena negra, una piscina natural junto a la emblemática casa de estilo oriental y un agradable paseo a la orilla del mar.

We inivte you to stay in our beautifully renovated apartment in a well maintained, clean community that has access to a communal pool and poor bar in Puerto del Carmen. Situated only 5-10 minutes walk to the nearest beach, close to bars and restaurants and amenities - it is very well located. The apartment has been completely refurbished to a modern standard and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. A peaceful, modern, clean space. With sea and mountain views from the balcony.

Beautiful 1 bed apartment in the heart of Puerto del Carmen. 1st floor, modern and newly renovated. All mod cons and new bed and mattress. Full English channels and movie club for those nights in. You will love my place because of the location, it is a real home away from home with full kitchen and washing facilities. You have the whole apartment. Perfect for couples and solo travelers.

Frontline apartment in La Santa, 20m from sea and directly on the coastal promenade pathway. The appartment is in the first floor with private terrace with sea view, sunset and promenade There is a big communal terrace as well in third floor. Its not very used so a good chance to stay there on your own.
