Richard was a very responsive host and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. The cottage is lovely and private, set among mature trees and garden. The kids loved the spa and sleeping up a ladder in the loft. Thanks again for a great stay

absolutely stunning property everything you would imagine a homestead to be, it was really grand inside put also warm and very comfortable. we have two children so it was nice to relax and let them enjoy the space. pool was great we had some fun imagine the summer months to be even better. We had a great stay at Paula's Bach. The location was fantastic right on the top of the hill. Excellent views and super private. Paula was also really accommodating with our check-in/check out. Highly recommend this place.

House was well equipped and very spacious.Lovely large back and front gardens.Bus stop nearby but not many buses so we used taxis into town and back. Host was very helpful on the two occasions I called her. There were only 2 of us but would be great for a family. We enjoyed our stay.

Where to start! Fresh sourdough bread, homemade granola, milk and rosé in the fridge on arrival, soft robes in the cupboard, stunning view - these are just a few of the things that made our experience in Yutori House so memorable. Nice and quiet place to stay. Ensuite for both bedrooms is handy for couples staying together.

My husband and I stayed at Steph's beautiful home with our daughter and grandchildren and enjoyed a lovely, homely stay. The weather was kind and the home is situated in a very quiet enclave that is very sheltered. Upstairs there is a lovely view of Lowry Bay from the main bedroom balcony. So close to local amenities with beautiful Days Bay a short drive away for a nice swim and eats in the quaint cafe overlooking the bay. Charming 20 min ferry ride to central Wellington for a shop and look around. Highly recommend this spot with the seclusion of a secret garden and the convenience of a great location.
