Vanaf ons zwembad heeft u een prachtig uitzicht op de vallei. Wij bevinden ons in de streek Le Marche waar u het authentieke Italië nog kunt beleven. A cosy renovated traditional stone cottage surround by countryside with breathtaking views & wood~fired hot tub. It is secluded and peaceful yet only a 5 min drive to the local village and amenities. In 35 minutes by car you can find yourself in the Sibillini national park or in the other direction the Adriatic coast. Numerous local restaurants within 20 mins drive serving fantastic food. If you enjoy walking or hiking, cycling, shopping or just relaxing this is a great place.

La “Dimora nel Borgo” è una accogliente abitazione nel centro storico medioevale di Maiolati Spontini, in essa si respira una atmosfera rilassata e confortevole, data dalla recente e accurata ristrutturazione, e dall'ambiente circostante tranquillo e silenzioso,  all'interno di un cortile di altri tempi. Facilmente raggiungibile in 15 minuti Fabriano, in 20 minuti le splendide grotte di Frasassi, in 30 minuti Gubbio e in 60 minuti Senigallia o la Baia del Conero, in 20 minuti la città ducale di Camerino.
