Our place is perfect for those wanting a peaceful, quiet country experience. The rooms are tastefully decorated in bohemian french country with chandeliers and the rustic interior of an 1800s barn. Our property is host to numerous bird species and wildlife. Nature preserves, trail and gorge hiking, public swimming, local wineries are minutes away from our convenient location. Cultural attractions in downtown Ithaca and Cayuga Lake recreation are a quick 10 mile drive.

Enjoy a sweeping view of Cayuga Lake at this unique and tranquil getaway. Our walkout basement guest quarters has its own entry, parking space and pathway leading to the entrance. The lake is visible from every room but the bathroom. And the sunken patio is the perfect place to watch the sunset. There is no water access on the property, but a public park with swimming and paddle craft is 6 minutes away, as well as a marina with motorboat rentals.
