Korter on ideaalne lastega peredele, sellel on suur päikesepoolne rõdu ning väike mänguväljak otse korteri rõdu ees. Samuti on lastel piisavalt ruumi hoovis ringi joosta. Kesklinn on umbes 1 km kaugusel (ca 15 minuti jalutuskäik). Korteri juurde kuulub privaatne parkimiskoht, seega parkimise pärast pole vaja muretseda. Võimalus rentida SUP lauda, et avastada Pärnu jõge!

During the warm seasons the balcony is really enjoyable to sit and enjoy the sunrise and sunset. Awesome view to the Pärnu river, walking and sporting tracks close by. The house is located on the same property as our family home, but it is still private and conveniently accessible. The nearest grocery stores and petrol station are located in Selja (4 min) and Sindi (9 min).
