Modern additions to the Cottage include central heating, wifi, fully equipped new kitchen, BBQ & fire pit. Sadly we can't accept children under 12 yrs of age or hunters.

Located in Towong, Vic on the Upper Murray River, we offer amazing views of the river, foothills and the Snowy Mountains Range. Our 2 cottages are uniquely constructed with open beams and a cozy atmosphere. They are self-contained with linen provided and efficient reverse cycle air conditioned. Ulmarra Cabin is uniquely styled accommodation. A quiet, cosy cabin surrounded by nature inside and out, and located on the iconic Alpine Way in the foothills of the snowy mountains. Less than 10 Minutes drive to Jindabyne township and only 20 minutes drive to Thredbo Village, Ulmarra Cabin is close to the action but away from the crowds. The cabin is suited to all types of people, from mountain bike riders to the couple looking for a special weekend away.

"The Residence" in the heart of Tumbarumba

The Residence was formerly the office residence in Tumbarumba's caravan park, and has been relocated and refurbished to a comfortable 3 bedroom cottage just a short walk from the main street of town for visiting pubs, cafes and shops. Two of the bedrooms contain queen beds with two king singles in the third bedroom. It has a spacious open plan living and dining area with reverse cycle air conditioner, full kitchen facilities and washing machine.
