Unser Aufenthalt in Yulias Unterkunft in Budapest war rundum großartig! Die Wohnung war äußerst sauber, was uns direkt ein gutes Gefühl gegeben hat. Die Kommunikation mit Yulia war jederzeit schnell, freundlich und hilfsbereit – wir haben uns sehr gut betreut gefühlt. Die Lage ist perfekt, zentral und dennoch ruhig, sodass man viele Sehenswürdigkeiten bequem zu Fuß erreichen kann. Auch die moderne Einrichtung der Wohnung hat uns sehr gefallen – stilvoll, gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Besonders hervorzuheben ist auch das Gefühl von Sicherheit, sowohl im Haus als auch in der Umgebung. Und für all das war das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis wirklich top! Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können Yulias Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

The location of this apartment is ideal (although a bit noisy) Katka was an excellent host - very detailed and responsive when we had questions. The apartment was also very clean and neat. Definitely worth the price! Just don’t use the extra linens without permission or the cost nearly doubles. All in all though, a great location and a great apartment.

We loved the stay. The very equipped kitchen made meals easy. The location was great. Very walkable. Tram access was practally at the door. Close to grocery, pharmacy, and convenience stores. Host was very responsive.

This apartment was very spacious and comfortable for our group of 7 adults fir 4 nights. It had everything that you would want. The host was extremely responsive and helpful. The location is ideal. I think it was a bargain.

Nakon tjedan dana u ovom apartmanu u centru, moramo podijeliti naše iskustvo! Prostor je baš po mjeri—dnevni boravak dovoljno velik da se nitko ne osjeća stisnuto, dvije sobe (svaka sa svojom kupaonicom i tušem!) što je bilo super jer nismo morali čekati red za umivanje :-) Dodatni WC nam je dobro došao, posebno ujutro kad smo se svi spremali za izlazak. Kuhinja-trpezarija je potpuno opremljena i idealna za pripremu obroka. Mali balkončić koji se nadovezuje na nju bio je savršeno mjesto za jutarnju kavicu. Lokacija? Ne može bolje! Jelačićev trg na 10 minuta hoda, Cvjetni trg također, Kaptol centar na dohvat ruke. Parkirali smo auto i nismo ga trebali cijeli tjedan jer je sve bilo tako blizu. Naša maltezica Maya je također uživala—bilo je dovoljno mjesta za nju da trčkara okolo, a šetnje po centru su joj bile pravi doživljaj. Ne volimo pretjerivati, al stvarno smo pre zadovoljni ovim smještajem. Kad se vratimo u Zagreb, znamo gdje ćemo odsjesti! Pozdrav iz Splita, Obitelj Lukšić i Maya

Great place to stay with family with all necessary amenities. Quiet surrounding and only short walk from lake.

Lijepa kuća i predivno dvorište, vrhunski opremljena kuća, stvarno ima sve što ikome treba. Predivan pogled i tiho i mirno okruženje. Ronald je iznimno pristojan i pristupačan domaćin s kojim je komunikacija jednostavna i brza. Svima bih preporučio ovu kuću.

Es war sehr gemütlich, sehr sauber und es hat alles wunderbar gepasst. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir haben als Gruppe zu dritt in der Unterkunft gewohnt und fanden sie perfekt für eine Gruppe - in unserem Fall hatte sogar jeder ein eigenes Zimmer! Wer 'daheim' kochen will hat auch eine super ausgestattete Küche und vor allem bei warmem Wetter sitzt man im Hof sehr gemütlich. Nur bei schlechterem Wetter könnte ich mir vorstellen, dass ein gemütlicher Aufenthaltsraum fehlt (Sofa steht am Rand in der Küche). Sonst wirklich alles prima!

Unser Aufenthalt war einfach perfekt! Die Unterkunft war makellos sauber, gemütlich und bestens ausgestattet. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns der Wellnessbereich – die Sauna und der Jacuzzi waren sauber und ideal zum Entspannen. Die Gastgeber waren unglaublich freundlich und stets hilfsbereit. Die Lage war ruhig, perfekt für eine erholsame Zeit. Alles war genauso wie in der Beschreibung, wenn nicht sogar besser! Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können diesen Ort absolut weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!Danke Peter🙏

We loved our long stay here! The apartment is quite big with a great layout and lots of lovely light during the day. We loved cooking in the big kitchen and my partner appreciated the big desk (complete with a monitor!) for working remotely. The nearby parking was also a huge bonus for us. It's close to quite a few transit options and walkable to the big city park which was wonderful for a morning run. When we had a small issue with the water, Dina and Lali were immediately responsive with solutions—great hosts. We would totally come back to this apartment. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This is a real 5 star apartment, if it’s available just book. *The location is perfect, near lots of buses and train station, there are 3 grocery stores around it, its very easy to find and walking distance to the danube river and the parliament *The apartment in an old building with some stairs but not much to reach the apartment, it’s in the ground floor and its sparkling clean with everything you need, just pack your bags and come. There is TV with all channels and subscriptions as well easy to be used. The linen is clean and fresh. The bathtub raised this apartment to the next level of luxury, nice to have tub and watch your favorite show at the end of the day. * The host Istvan and his wife are my best host until now, very responsible, respectful, and caring and i think they are the nicest people i meet in my journey If I keep talking i will not give the apartment justice! If i come back definitely i will choose the same host. Thank you Istvan for everything

Katja’s apartment is lovely. It’s a perfect base for exploring Vienna. It is very close to the main railway station (15 minutes walk) and close to the tube station for easy access to everything! Katja is very helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend her apartment!

The apartment and the location were fantastic. Very comfortable and close to all attractions. The host is super responsive and helpful. We’d definitely stay here again if we come back to Budapest.

Alles perfekt. Alles war, wie beschrieben und abgebildet. Sehr nette Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Er hat immer sofort reagiert. Eine sehr gestylte, wunderschöne Wohnung. Es war mal etwas ganz anderes als die normalen Ferienwohnungen. Super.

Overall our stay was great! The location is perfect to explore Budapest, you can basically walk anywhere from here! The apartment is under construction so it can be loud during the day but we were never home during the day so it didn’t bother us!

The accommodation is in an excellent location—everything was within walking distance. The garage was great, with plenty of parking space. The place was very clean and spacious, and the kitchen had everything we needed. It was warm and comfortable, and there was also a washer and dryer available if needed. The only small suggestion for the host would be to add a shower curtain for the bathtub. Overall, a great stay! I would stay here again and definitely recommend it.
