Lovely stunnig villa in the Parco del Conero

Stone house surrounded by a luxuriant garden of olive trees. The house consists of two floors. On the ground floor there is the living area, with sofas (one "French" size sofa bed) and TV, separated from the dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. On the upper floor there is a large double bedroom, with a walk-in closet and a private bathroom, a second double bedroom, a second bathroom and a small room with a single bed. Heating, but not air conditioning, is provided.

Hideaway Cottage, amazing country views, hot tub

A cosy renovated traditional stone cottage surround by countryside with breathtaking views & wood~fired hot tub. It is secluded and peaceful yet only a 5 min drive to the local village and amenities. In 35 minutes by car you can find yourself in the Sibillini national park or in the other direction the Adriatic coast. Numerous local restaurants within 20 mins drive serving fantastic food. If you enjoy walking or hiking, cycling, shopping or just relaxing this is a great place.

The house is just well equiped and designed with detail, matching nature and style perfectly. ..... Ampio appartamento in villetta rustica tra le colline marchigiane dotata di tre camere, due bagni, ampio soggiorno con camino, tv, via cavo e poltrone reclinabili. Ingresso indipendente e balcone con magnifica vista sulla valle. Perfetto per un weekend nella natura e per biker, a pochi km da Urbania e Urbino. Cani ammessi.
