The Milk House

Former farmhand apartment above the old milking parlor has been renovated into a relaxing retreat on decommissioned dairy farm. Rental includes 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment with full kitchen and a convertible couch. While the dairy cattle have left, a few animals remain on the farm, including donkeys, alpacas, sheep, dogs, and cats. Furnace is an outdoor wood burning, we maintain daily in winter. From the small balcony of the rental, you are able to see open views of the surrounding fields.

This first-floor apartment is part of a larger complex. Everything you have access to is private/unshared. It is a cozy space but offers plenty of room for a small family or individuals traveling for work. Trenton is a quiet town surrounded by farmland. It's close to Liberty Township and West Chester which both have many amenities. The apartment is within walking distance of food and entertainment. In the warmer months, stop by Young's Dairy Farm or Barn N Bunk strawberry patch for some fun!
