We had a great stay at Vivian's place! The house is quite spatious so 9 of us felt really comfortable. There are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a big living room. The house is positioned in the center of Roč, a small and charming village in the heart of Istria. There's a restaurant and a shop in Roč and there are appealing attractions near like Hum and Kotli. We didn't meet Vivian but the communication and check-in went smooth.

Un monolocale in mezzo al verde con pecorelle che pascolano sotto le finestre!! Comodo e vicino alla piazza centrale del paesino. Unico neo niente breackfast e la domenica mattina non c'è un bar aperto...

We had the most magical stay at Casa Sterna. Carmen's attention to detail is second to none and her taste and style is evident throughout the whole property. Can highly recommend using the beautiful Oprtalj as a base for exploring Istria.

Wir sind in Grado angekommen und Paolo hat am vereinbarten Treffpunkt gewartet und uns zur Wohnung gebracht. Die Kommunikation war einwandfrei und Paolo hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und alles sehr gut erklärt. Die Wohnung ist Top Von der Lage und die Aufteilung der Wohnung für uns (4 Freundinnen) perfekt. Wir würden jeder Zeit wieder diese Wohnung buchen

Wow we loved this Villa ;) Kristina was so warm and welcoming. The villa is very clear and stylish;) Everything you need. The pool and view are astounding- miss it already. There is lots to do locally - Kristina and her partner were very good at recommending restaurants and places to go. We are thinking already when will we go to Croatia next!!!!! Can’t speak more highly of this place… Thank you!

Super Unterkunft, für 5 Personen war ausreichend Platz da. Top Restaurant direkt gegenüber mit sehr freundlichem Personal.

Schöne gemütliche Unterkunft. Mit Kleinkind perfekte Größe. Nicht weit zum Strand und auch nach Piran ist man in 15 min gelaufen. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Cítili jsme se tam, jako doma, bylo uklizeno, všechno funkční nachystané. Nábytek a některé vybavení není nové, ale mě to vyhovovalo, protože máme malé děti a psa, tak jsme se úplně nemuseli bát, že by se sem tam něco škráblo, nebo byl někde nějaký chlup. Ale samozřejmě jsme se chovali ohleduplně a opatrně a uklidili jsme po sobě. Trošku jsme měli problém najít ten správný vchod, i když popsáno to bylo celkem dobře, není označen číslem a ještě nám lilo. I parkovací místo jsme měli problém najít, pán tam byl velice ochotný a pomohl nám. Okolí krásné, pláže super, místní restaurace výborně vaří, hlavně jsme si oblíbili restauraci Manjada, moc milí a pozorní číšníci, můžou tam psi, hned jim donesou vodu, a jídlo výborné, ať si dáte cokoli. Dovolenou jsme si moc užili všichni i náš čtyřnohý parťák. Pejsky tam opravdu mají rádi a neřeší ani když přijdete někde kde mají zákaz, nikdo nás nikdy od nikud nevyhodil. Samozřejmě zákaz koupání psů na některých plážích jsme respektovali. Děkujeme ❤️

Zlatko war sehr hilfsbereit, ermöglichte einen spontanen sehr späten Check-In. Alles sehr familiär, super schön und sauber! Unterkunft war in echt schöner als auf den Fotos. Sehr viel Liebe zum Detail ☺️

nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans ce petit logement entre Portoroz et Piran. Andreja a joué le relais entre nous et les propriétaires qui sont un couple absolument adorable ! nous avons été reçus avec beaucoup de gentillesse et générosité. tout est accessible à pied , la plage, les restaurants, supermarché, Piran et Portoroz. ce fut un vrai havre de paix familial et réconfortant !

Ottimo alloggio, centralissimo e comodo da raggiungere a piedi dalla stazione dei treni; Pulito e confortevole. Attrezzato con tutto il necessario. Check-in e check-out impeccabili. Flessibilità. Host responsivo e gentile. Nulla da eccepire. Lo consiglierei al mio miglior amico.

The accommodation is located in an excellent location, although it is further from Koper, but in complete silence and beautiful nature. The accommodation was overall beautiful, clean, the owners were very friendly and helpful. The only thing that we lacked was sufficient kitchen equipment, specifically utensils. For example, the classic larger mugs were only 2, which is not enough for 4 people. Same with the other dishes. There was barely one piece for everyone. So we couldn't even use the dishwasher. Otherwise the accommodation was really wonderful, beautiful building and surroundings. We really enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend it and thank you again.

We would have given more than 5 stars if we could have. Incredible host who went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Beautiful and comfortable apartment, very centrally located. Very clean, comfortable beds, lovely showers, efficient washer and dryer, great coffee, eco friendly. Just wow!! We have been to a lot of AirBnbs and this was definitely the best.

Unser Aufenthalt im Apartment von Svetlana war hervorragend. Sie hat wirklich an alles gedacht, auch für meine 2-jährige Tochter: Es gab einen Kindersessel, Strandspielzeug, ein Kinderbadetuch, und das Bett für die dritte Person auf dem Sofa war bereits vorbereitet. Das Apartment war makellos sauber, und die Möbel wirkten noch sehr neu und gepflegt. Alles, was man für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt benötigt, war vorhanden und praktisch eingerichtet. Besonders die Waschmaschine und der Trockner haben wir sehr geschätzt, die Badewanne war auch ein Pluspunkt. Das Apartment liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend, nur einen Katzensprung vom Hafen und den nahegelegenen Einkaufsstraßen entfernt. Grado ist eine überschaubare, charmante Stadt, und alles ist fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Das einzige kleine Manko war der leichte feuchte Geruch im Apartment, aber das hat unseren Aufenthalt insgesamt nicht wesentlich beeinträchtigt. Wir können das Apartment sehr empfehlen!
