Located in a residential area, with a green park and Art Nouveau buildings where at no. 1 lived the writer James Joyce. Close to the Railway Station and a convenient municipal car park with ticket (Silos/ Saba). Crossing the Borgo Teresiano you can reach the center in 10 minutes by foots. Pharmacy, supermarkets, ice cream parlor and restaurants just a few meters away.

Mansardina stazione Angel a Trieste

La mia mansardina è situata al quarto piano di uno stabile d'epoca, non c'è l'ascensore, ma i gradini sono bassi e non troppo faticosi, vi aiuterò a portare i bagagli. La zona è centrale, due minuti dalla stazione ferroviaria e dal terminal autocorriere. Piazza Unità d'Italia è a 10 minuti a piedi. I zona ci sono anche molte linee di bus urbani. Intorno a casa parcheggi non sono a pagamento e con un po' di fortuna si riesce a trovarne uno libero, in zona ci sono garage pubblici a pagamento.

Mansarda Rossetti

Mansarda Rossetti è una mansarda ad ampia metratura sita all' ultimo piano di uno stabile d'epoca. L'edificio è dotato di ascensore ma è necessario salire qualche scalino per accedere all' appartamento. Offre una vista sui tetti di Trieste e sul Teatro Rossetti. A due passi dal viale XX Settembre, zona pedonale ricca di negozi, cinema e ristoranti, vi permetterà di scoprire la città a piedi sfruttando una posizione strategica. Adatta ad ospitare da 2 a 5 persone. Non c' è Wifi!

Mansarda sita all'ottavo piano con ascensore. Vista aperta e panoramica sul golfo e la città, a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro e dalla splendida Piazza Unita'. La zona e' tranquilla, nelle immediate vicinanze si trovano le fermate di piu' linee bus e svariati negozi. Sempre a poca distanza sono presenti il sito storico del Castello dI S. Giusto, l' Osservatorio Astronomico ed il Civico Museo di Antichità' J.J Winkelmann. Nel circondario il parcheggio pubblico e' gratuito

L'appartamento si trova in centro città, vicino alla zona della "movida triestina", vicino a musei, ristoranti, bar e monumenti, vicinissimo alla Clinica Salus e all'Università Vecchia. E' un'ottima base di partenza per visitare la città senza toccare la macchina! Ha una splendida vista panoramica sul mare ed è adatto a coppie, a chi viaggia per lavoro e famiglie.
