Large, partially covered deck with steps that lead down to the dock. Large fire pit area for smores, extra outdoor sectional with fire pit table for lounging. Relax on the large wood deck with an outdoor dining table, while grilling out on the Weber charcoal grill (charcoal not provided), or enjoy your morning coffee while you watch the eagles soar above and the crazy amount of deer dash through the yard.

Cozy and family friendly space with plenty of space to park your boat, trailer, or toys. We are about 5-10 minutes from a couple of different boat launches, biking/walking path, and Lake Barkley Sate park (with a very nice beach). We are 5 minutes from the Dollar General, a gas station, & about 20 minutes to town. This is one unit of a triplex. We rent the upstairs unit as well. The other downstairs unit is not rented out.
