Beautiful Waterfront, w/ Dock, Firepit, Hot tub

Our Lakehouse is perfect for families. It has 5 bedrooms, 4 queen rooms, 1 bunk room that sleeps 6. The home is perfectly split with two bedrooms, 1 bath and family room upstairs and additional 3 bedrooms, 1 bath with extra family room downstairs. Screened in patio overlooking lake view with TV. Large, partially covered deck with steps that lead down to the dock. Large fire pit area for smores, extra outdoor sectional with fire pit table for lounging. Inquire about pontoon rental availability.

This place has got it all. From the amazing lake front views & access, a private dock, space for several families to sleep and seating to dine. Did we mention we have an extra slip at our dock for your boat? We have an amazing deck, water toys, plenty of board games, and a fire pit. Our home is directly across the bay from the beautiful Lake Barkley Resort where you can put in 18 holes of golf, take the kids horseback riding, or relax with a few cocktail in the restaurant or bar.

Lakefront home with private 2 slip dock

This private vacation home on Lake Barkley have beautiful views of the lake and has lots of wildlife viewing opportunities. This property also includes use of a 2 slip private dock at the end of the Rockcastle bay. This beautiful home is located on 10 acres and is on a private drive. The dock is only 150 yards from the back door! ATTENTION!! The dock is only accessible from the water during the summer pool levels. Summer pool is usually April until Early August but dates vary.

Patterson House. Pontoon included

Come visit our western retreat! This house has a long history in my family, my grandparents purchased it nearly 40 years ago and raised 5 children here. After my grandfather passed I was blessed with the opportunity to purchase it. I spent 6 years living and remolding this house before moving to the end of the street into another fix-er up-er. The house is most comfortable with 8 guests. Additional guest fee over 8 is an extra $25/guest/nightly. ALL PETS MUST BE PRE-APPROVED!

This home offers an upper and lower deck with stunning views to sit, relax and watch the stunning Lake Barkley. This property offers plenty of parking for all your needs including, boat trailers, atv’s, and even your rv. This A-frame is an escape you don’t want to miss.

Buckeye Cottage/Lake front/yr round water access

Relax at our home away from home on KY Lake front!! We love the peace and tranquility, and amazing views of the lake. Inside or outside - our favorite is the sunsets! With your own dock and water access you can bring or rent your own boat and leave it for your stay - no in and out of the water each day! The dock also has a swim ladder making easy access for swimming or canoeing. The house has some furniture updates, including bunk beds (not shown) and fresh paint.
