It's a great deal and central to the heart of Troyes. The apartment is very large and accommodating. I'd stay again.

Sandra est une hôte très attentionnée et réactive. L'appartement proposé correspond à la description lue sur le site et tous les attractions à visiter sont facilement accessibles à pied. Plusieurs parkings aux alentours de la maison (moins de 10€ la journée) gratuits en soirée à partir de 19h00 et le dimanche. Un grand choix de restaurants à proximité de l'appartement et si vous préférez cuisiner, la cuisine est très fonctionnelle (uniquement four à MO) et bien équipée. Carrefour market et boulangerie à 50m. La rue est un peu passante mais la chambre est très calme. Très bonne expérience. Nous recommandons

Le logement que Delphine propose est très bien et reposant. Il est confortable et situé à côté d’une rue piétonne dans laquelle on peut retrouver pleins de petits restaurants. Delphine est une hôte accueillante qui sait s’adapter et qui est très réactive. Je recommande à 1000% son logement et cette hôte. Merci encore Delphine 😊😊

Apartment very nice, hosts very nice, region very nice! You will need a little mobility to access this cozy apartment just South of Sézanne. The hosts are lovely and we had everything we needed for our short trip. We enjoyed the cute outdoor sitting area, gated off-street parking, fabulous shower room, Champagne making on premises, etc. The apartment was appointed with care and the hosts really seem to care about the state of the premises and our experience. Appartement très sympa, hôtes très sympas, région très sympa ! Vous aurez besoin d'un peu de mobilité pour accéder à cet appartement cosy juste au sud de Sézanne. Les hôtes sont super et nous avions tout ce dont nous avions besoin pour notre court voyage. Nous avons apprécié le joli coin salon extérieur, le parking fermé hors rue, la fabuleuse salle de douche, la fabrication de champagne sur place, etc. L'appartement a été aménagé avec soin et les hôtes semblent vraiment se soucier de l'état des lieux et de notre expérience.

Les logements sont très propres et la réactivité de Sandra a contribué au bon déroulement de notre séjour, arrivée flexible et les indications très claires. Merci encore pour cet accueil, et votre compréhension 😊 nous recommandons vivement 🤩

Le logement est super bien situé, à 2 pas du centre ville historique, au calme dans cette mignonne maison isolée de la rue principale. parking juste à côté. et Sandra est aux petits soins, elle nous avait proposé un lit bébé et une chaise haute, tout y était à notre arrivée et déjà installés. Un super logement et une super hôte.

Rien à redire, le logement correspondait bien à la description. L'espace Spa est incroyable 😁. Nous en sommes réparties ravies.

Sophie und Frédéric sind tolle Gastgeber, wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, bekamen alles gut erklärt und sie waren jederzeit erreichbar. Das Haus ist wunderschön, großzügig, hell, modern und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Besonders der Grill und der Kicker haben uns begeistert, aber auch Klimaanlage, Beamer, Fernseher, Dartspiel und vieles mehr sind vorhanden. Das Grundstück ist riesig. Wir waren begeistert von der Ruhe dort, der Lage, zu Fuß ist man in einer Viertelstunde am Strand. Aber es stehen auch viele Fahrräder zur Verfügung, damit ist man in 5 Minuten am See und in 10 Minuten beim sehr guten Bäcker im Nachbarort. Wir waren mit 7 Erwachsenen und einem Hund dort und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Vielen Dank, Sophie und Frédéric

Don er en fantastisk vert. Han gav oss mange gode tips om hva vi kunne gjøre i Troyes og var veldig behjelpelig hvis vi trengte noe. Huset og bassenget var vakrere enn på bildene! Ligger en nydelig innsjø ca 30 minutt unna med bil. Tusen takk for et flott opphold og takk for veldig god te ved ankomst😃

A beautiful place with a lovely host. Felt like home away from home. We will definitely comeback.

We were 3 couples. We loved the large interior spaces and the variety of spaces this property has to offer, where we could spend time together or apart. In the living room which includes a projector for watching a film, logged into a meeting in the upstairs room with good Wi-Fi, sunbathing beside the pool and using it for cooling off, on the balcony, in the sheltered exterior eating/reading area, around the fire pit and BBQ, in a hammock, using the canoe on the river at the bottom of the garden and playing games in the garden. Several rooms and bedrooms had air conditioning. Elizabeth was working in Paris but was helpful, welcoming and quick to respond through messages and her housekeeper was helpful and accommodating re arrival and departure times. The booklet Elizabeth has provided gives all local information and recommendations, plus a lovely welcome gift of local produce. We were all wowed by this accommodation which made our stay a lovely treasured memory.
