House in Costa Dorata villa - Tavolara view

House in the exclusive Costa Dorata facing the island of Tavolara, 180 meters from the sea, 2 km from Porto San Paolo and 13 km from Olbia airport. It is in excellent condition and offers 2 double bedrooms with closet and a room with double sofa bed, a living room with fireplace, a kitchen with appliances and two bathrooms with shower. Outside we find a veranda, terrace with sea view, outdoor shower, gas barbecue. Parking space inside the property for 1 car. Wi-Fi at 50 Mbps. Pets not allowed.

Olbia, natura e spiagge libere, 80 mt. dal mare

Passeggia a due minuti dalla casa con i piedi nell’acqua: spiagge e scogliere una dopo l’altra con vista incredibile sulle isole. Appartamento con vista mozzafiato sull’isola di Tavolara immerso nella natura e nella quiete. A 15 min da Olbia aeroporto e porto. Raggiungi a piedi spiagge libere e attrezzate e il porticciolo con bar e ristorante. (Non adatto a bimbi sotto i 5 anni). Dai un’occhiata su Google Earth in 3D per scoprire il piccolo Paradiso che ti aspetta: 40°53'13"N 9°37'32"E.

Villetta con vista mozzafiato (ristrutturata 2026)

Nella località turistica di Porto San Paolo, a 10 minuti dall’aeroporto di Olbia, a pochi passi dalle spiagge più belle della zona e vicino a tutti i servizi. L'abitazione è dotata di ogni comfort. Sono presenti due camere, due bagni e un accogliente soggiorno con divano letto, un giardino panoramico con vista sul mare, dotato di doccia esterna e di comodi lettini per prendere il sole e godersi il panorama mozzafiato e un secondo giardino riservato sul retro attrezzato con un'area barbecue.

Un' accogliente casa in pietra, arredata in maniera originale e funzionale. Si trova in un terreno privato con scorcio vista mare a pochi minuti di macchina da spiagge meravigliose. L’aeroporto di Olbia è a soli 8 minuti di auto e per aperitivi e cene potrai anche andare a Porto San Paolo e San Teodoro. Supermercati, ristoranti, bar anche nel paesino di Murta Maria a soli 5 minuti di auto. All'interno del terreno c'è anche la villa padronale, completamente indipendente. N^ IUN: R6757

Antico stazzo gallurese di fine 800, appena ristrutturato con ampio giardino e piscina riscaldata. 4 Camere da letto, 4 bagni, sala con smart TV, sala pranzo con cucina. La soluzione rappresenta il giusto mix tra relax e vicinanza alle spiagge. a 10 minuti di auto dal porto e dall’Aeroporto di Olbia, 10 minuti da Porto San Paolo, 15 m da San Teodoro e dalle più belle spiagge della zona (Porto Taverna, Porto Istana, La Cinta, Cala Brandinchi, Puntaldia etc).

Villetta meravigliosa e confortevole, fresco , luminoso e in un contesto residenziale di alto livello . This house is perfect for Family . Fantastic New Private Swim Pool . Have bedrooms a very nice & cozy living area and a beautiful garden with veranda where to enjoy most of the time of the day while at home. The sea views from home are great .. and the area is very safe . Beaches & all shops & services are just few minutes away down the road. SUPER!!
