Vakantiewoningen met wasmachine en droger in Tuscan Archipelago

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft von Veronica. Die Unterkunft war für einen längeren Aufenthalt gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist zentral und gut zur Erkundung der Toskana (z.B. Lucca, Florenz, San Gimignano) und zum Badeurlaub an verschiedenen Stränden in der Umgebung geeignet. Die Kommunikation lief einwandfrei und Veronica war gut zu erreichen und stets hilfsbereit mit einer Vielzahl an Tipps zur Unternehmungen in der Umgebung. Kleines Manko, welches aber auch durch Veronica umgehend versucht wurde zu beheben, ist das eher instabile W-LAN. Da es sich hierbei jedoch um eine Urlaubsunterkunft handelt, war dies zu verschmerzen.

Sehr schönes Appartement mit riesiger Terrasse direkt beim Hafen in San Vincenzo und tollen Blick aufs Meer. Einige Strände in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen. Wir waren eine Woche im Oktober im Appartement. Im Ort selber war nicht mehr viel los aber es waren noch genug Restaurants offen. Bäckerei und Supermarkt ebenfalls in der Nähe.

L'appartamento di Carlo dispone di tutti ciò che è essenziale per un breve soggiorno come il nostro, è pulito e si trova in pieno centro, nonostante sia in una ztl ci sono ampi parcheggi nei paraggi e quindi risulta comodo da raggiungere. Carlo è stato gentilissimo, fornendoci una miriade di informazioni sulla zona e anche sui ristoranti migliori del paese. Inoltre le indicazioni precise ci hanno fatto trovare l'appartamento senza difficoltà.

Wir waren eine Woche lang mit fünf Personen in dieser wunderschön eingerichteten und sehr gemütlichen Wohnung. Die Einrichtung ist äußerst liebevoll gestaltet und verleiht der Wohnung eine warme und einladende Atmosphäre, in der man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt sehr angenehm, und die Wohnung bietet viel Platz für eine Familie oder Gruppe. WLAN: Während unseres Aufenthalts funktionierte das WLAN nicht immer zuverlässig, was gerade bei schlechtem Wetter etwas frustrierend war, da wir gerne Filme geschaut hätten. Allerdings lag das Problem am Internetanbieter wegen Sturmschaden, und der Gastgeber hat sich äußerst kulant und hilfsbereit gezeigt. Er hat schnell auf unser Anliegen reagiert, was wir sehr geschätzt haben. Küchenausstattung und Platz: Die Küche ist für fünf Personen ausreichend, aber bei einer Belegung von acht Personen wird es etwas eng. Es gibt nicht genug Teller, Stühle, und auch der Tisch bietet für acht Person

Cristiana e Marcello sono realmente due superhost, gentilissimi, sempre disponibile e velocissimi nel fornire preziosissime informazioni. La casa è perfetta sia per la sua localizzazione, sia per gli accessori di cui l'hanno dotata. Non manca niente e la sensazione è veramente quella di essere a casa propria. Ottima per viaggiare con bambini, anche piccoli, sempre grazie alla cura e alla precisione dei proprietari di casa. Zona tranquilla ma allo stesso tempo vicinissima a tutto quello che può essere utile in vacanza (servizi e ristoranti). Super consigliato.

We stayed at this complex for one night at short notice as a family of three in Summer 24. After a little bit of miscommunication on check in, we had a pleasant stay for one night. The accommodation itself was fine and had most of the items you'd expect. The rooms were were part of a terraced accommodation block, were modern, clean and quite spacious. The pool was large, had plenty of loungers, and wasn't too busy most of the time. The rest of the green spaces around the facility were well kept. Pietro was very obliging and helpful and took great care to ensure that everything was fine with the stay. We were offered a late check out without any hassle (which we ended up not needing) and Pietro was often on hand to help with any queries. The car park was under cover and fairly close to the room, which was helpful in the heat. Overall, the accommodation was exactly what we were looking for for the one night.

We loved our stay in Volterra. If anything, we wished we had booked a longer stay. The Airbnb was wonderful. It’s on three floors as described, so be ready for the stairs. Don’t worry… they’ll get you ready for the climbs around Volterra. Otherwise, the pictures don’t do it justice. It’s spacious and has all of the needed amenities. Volterra is a walkable city, and this spot allowed us to get to everything with ease. It’s on a quiet street, but still close to everything. Perfect. As a traveler’s note, if you take the bus into town, take it all the way to the end of the line. We got off at the earlier spot to save us some walking, but that earlier stop was not a good one! Trust me.

Abbiamo avuto il piacere di soggiornare in questa splendida casa a Porto Santo Stefano e non potremmo essere più soddisfatti. La casa è moderna, elegante e impeccabilmente pulita. La vista mozzafiato sul mare è semplicemente incredibile e rende ogni momento speciale. La posizione è perfetta, comoda per esplorare la zona e godere delle meraviglie locali. Ogni dettaglio è curato e non manca nulla per una vacanza al mare indimenticabile!! Torneremo sicuramente!

Ricardo and Romina are really good hosts. Their farm is lovely and we were received with a bottle of Tuscan wine. The farm is in the middle of nowhere next to a nature preserve but if you follow the instructions on how to get there it is pretty easy. The farm is a nature’s paradise! We stayed in two apartments, one has two bedrooms and the other one has one bedroom. Both with full kitchens and reliable WiFi. Several towns are within a short drive and we had the opportunity to visit Florence, Sienna, Casole D’Elsa and San Gimignano. If you are looking for a relaxing time in Tuscany, this is it!

It is impossible to over-emphasise how beautiful the Casa del Capitano is! Even before booking, Michael was extremely helpful and informative. I had chosen the property as the place to propose to my (now) Fiancé and Michael went out of his way to make sure all the little touches were in place that I asked for. The villa was immaculately clean with fires made up in the sauna and house ready to be lit. The views (especially from the jacuzzi) were breathtaking! The villa is completely private and perfect for a romantic get-away. Everything from the underfloor heating, technology and ascetics of the house made it a home from home! We would recommend the villa to anyone looking for tranquility away from the busyness of everyday life. Thank you for a truly memorable Italian experience and we wouldn’t hesitate to return (maybe even for the honeymoon!) - Chris & Clare!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit! Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Haus ist eine richtige Wohlfühloase, umgeben von einem wunderschönen Pinienwald, der für eine entspannte Atmosphäre sorgt. Besonders begeistert waren wir von dem tollen Pfad, der direkt zum Strand führt – perfekt für Spaziergänge und um die Natur zu genießen. Die große Küche bietet alles, was man braucht, um für die ganze Gruppe zu kochen. Besonders aufmerksam war, dass die Gastgeberin uns ein paar Spielsachen für das Kind unserer Freunde gebracht hat – das hat den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

La location è speciale, riserva una vista unica e una vivibilità eccezionale... si vive una privacy totale immersi negli odori, suoni e colori del mare!!!

Wir haben in einer Gruppe von 13 Freunden eine Woche in dieser Unterkunft verbracht und hatten eine sehr gute Zeit! Die Unterkunft übertraf all unsere Erwartungen. Sie liegt wunderbar inmitten eines Weinbergs, der Pool ist gross und es gibt einen grossen lauschigen Sitzplatz draussen unter einer Pergola. Die Wohnungen sind gemütlich und gut ausgestattet , es hat uns wirklich an nichts gefehlt und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder - herzlichen Dank!

Great apartment in a beautiful area. Clean, spacious and good appliances in the kitchen. Plenty of towels and sheets. Great and quick communication from Carlo during our whole stay. 👌

Sehr schön gelegene und gemütliche Unterkunft. Wir fanden die ruhige Lage mit Blick auf den Olivenhain toll und die Möglichkeit, mit Holz zu heizen. Betten waren bequem, Küche mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet, das Zentrum von Bibbona zu Fuß erreichbar (schöner, ca. 20 minütiger Spaziergang). Um größere Einkäufe zu tätigen braucht man ein Auto, ebenso um ans Meer zu fahren oder in andere Orte. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehlen diese Unterkunft weiter!

The Appartment bevindt zich in het hartje van Porto Santo Stefano. Haven, mare Lingo en boulevardblad met restaurants binnen een paar minuten lopen. De ruimte is erg goed benut - alles is aanwezig op een paar vierkante meter. Van rainshower Tot sfeerverlichting. Brandschoon; heerlijk bed. Aanrader!

Sehr nette Gastgeberin. Die Wohnung war blitzblank geputzt. Alles wichtige ist in der Wohnung vorhanden. wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder

Laura ist ein wunderbarer, liebevoller Host. Das Apartment ist wie beschrieben - sehr sauber, sehr zentral, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt 🙂

Wir haben bei Massimo 10 wunderschöne Tage in einer tollen Ferienwohnung verbracht. Alles was man braucht und mehr als erwartet war in der Wohnung vorhanden. Die Lage direkt am Hafen ist einzigartig. Zur wunderschönen Fussgängerzone mit vielen Geachäften und Restaurants sind es nur ca 20 Meter. Massimo ist ein toller Gastgeber und Mensch.. Man merkt wie sehr er sein Business liebt! Er ist freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer da wenn man Fragen hat. Direkt nebenan findet man 2 sehr schöne, kleine und einzigartige Bistrots mit tollen Wirten die einem eine gute Zeit bereiten mit leckeren Speisen und guten Getränken bereiten. Danke!!!! Danke!!!!

We had a lovely stay at Persio’s apartment! The apartment is huge, well equipped and in a perfect location! Would definitely recommend. We managed the three story walk up no problem and we had a baby/stroller every time. If you’re trying to choose between the two bedrooms, Priori is larger and beautiful with a private sitting room. It is however louder as it overlooks the street. Ricciarelli has a larger bed (two twins pushed together/almost a king) and is quieter as it’s at the back of the building. It’s not as large as Priori but it’s still a big bedroom. Also, if you want a regular shower definitely choose the Priori bathroom. You can’t go wrong with any of the rooms, they are all lovely!

It was a great experience to stay in Suvereto’s quaint Old Town neighborhood. The accommodation was close to both a grocery store and pharmacy. The host was great to deal with and was very responsive to any questions that were asked. The location was a short drive to many other interesting towns such as: Campiglia Marittima and Massa Marittima.

Vacanza di pochi giorni tra capodanno ed Epifania. Villa sul mare presso Marciana Marina (Elba), con stupenda vista su golfo di Procchio e Capo Enfola. Posizione molto bella. Ovviamente nel periodo invernale non si può godere di molto sole e luce e gli spazi esterni, molto ben organizzati, non possono essere utilizzati appieno. L'appartamento (parte della casa) è comodo per 6 persone (eravamo 4 adulti e due ragazzini oltre alla nostra beagle), ben strutturato, molto ben tenuto e recentemente rinfrescato e aggiornato con tre split per aria fredda e calda. La stufa a pellet funziona benissimo . Ambienti pulitissimi, cucina bella e ottimamente attrezzata (non abbiamo portato nulla da casa). Letti di buona qualità. Due bagni sufficienti per 6 persone. Comodo archeggio e molta, molta simpatia e disponibilità da parte dell'host e dei suoi parenti. Nessun problema di rumori o disturbi. Tutto perfetto e come da annuncio. Grazie Francesco. Spero di tornare in estate.
