Tucked away in the heart of Preston village, Stanley cottage is detached and set out on one level. Preston village lies 1.1 mile inland from the beautiful Tynemouth longsands, between Whitley Bay and Tynemouth. Only a mile to a metro station giving access to the cities of Newcastle, Gateshead etc. The south facing high walled garden has a wood fired hot tub for all 5 guests to unwind and relax. (Fuel not supplied) The compact layout has been sympathetically modernised to suite today's lifestyle.

You will love the super comfy beds, Super king size in the main bedroom ( this is a ziplink bed and can be made into 2 single beds, please state when booking if you require this option) And a single bed in the second bedroom. Light and spacious rooms with lovely decor. The cottage is only a five minute walk to Sunderland Empire, and city.

High Pasture is a beautiful self-contained cottage, an ideal base for cyclists, walkers, city goers, golfers and those just wanting some peace and quiet to relax and unwind. In an idyllic setting on the Northumberland/Durham border with far reaching views. Extensively equipped kitchen incl. fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing m/c, microwave, coffee machine, toaster etc. We operate a "Contact-free" check-in and stay but we are close by if needed. Ideal for those wanting a longer stay.

A new addition to our portfolio, this totally refurbished cottage with all brand new furniture to the highest standard is a 4 minute walk into the city centre. The Empire Theatre is a 4 minute stroll. The cottage has the added benefit of having parking. The cottage comes with all required bedding, towels and a starter pack of toiletries, tea coffee and milk so what ever kind of journey you have had you can quickly relax with a nice fresh brew we no not accommodate Stag or hen groups

2 bedroom cottage on our 450 strong alpaca farm. Stunning, peaceful location in the beautiful Tyne Valley. Surrounded by fields, trees, alpacas and fresh air. 0.6 miles to Hadrian’s Wall. Close House, Matfen Hall, airport, Newcastle, Corbridge and Hexham nearby. No pets, smoking and not suitable for children.
