Het is ook dichtbij het Justitiepaleis en het Louizaplein. Het is perfect voor zakenlui of een koppeltje op zoek naar een romantisch verblijf. Het huis is heel goed geïsoleerd en elk appartement is heel rustig en dus voor rustige mensen. Het is een kalme buurt met weinig verkeer. De slaapkamer geeft uit op een binnentuin.
