It is 7min walk from the Kingston Trailways bus stop and 5min drive from I-87 throughway exit 19. Parking on our street is metered Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm. The farmhouse is split into three separate and private units. This listing is for the spacious 1400sq. ft 2 BR/2.5 bath unit that occupies the private second floor. This is NOT a party house.
