My husband & I stayed at Patti's place for a long weekend to celebrate our anniversary. First, the photos do not do this place justice - the construction, fixtures, and detail are high-end even down to the radiant heat in the cement floors. The setting is quiet, peaceful & serene with deer & bunnies all around. Yet, great restaurants & activities are within a 10-20 minute drive. We enjoyed being able to sit on the covered patio, even while it poured rain & enjoyed the hot tub right outside the bedroom. They even provide comfy robes & slippers to use for going in & out to the hot tub! Patti provided excellent driving directions, restaurant & activity recommendations & flexible check-in. If you're looking for a peaceful weekend in nature, definitely stay here.

This house was spectacular. Seth was great about getting back to me with any questions. We all found the property to be peaceful and relaxing. The kitchen had a lot of spices that were helpful, but be sure to bring along food storage items of your own. Every room had beautiful earthy details and the charm was endless. The amenities were incredible and the back yard view was perfect. Will absolutely be back for another stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely house in Gardiner, NY. The home is spacious, clean, and very peaceful, with stunning direct views of the mountains. It was perfect for our group of 3 adults and 3 kids—plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy. The hosts were fantastic—friendly, responsive, and thoughtful. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet getaway with beautiful scenery.

Loved our weekend at the Lilac house and cannot wait to get back up here another time. Kathy was extremely responsive and helpful with any questions we had. The house sits off in a quiet setting, but so easy to get down to Woodstock and other attractions near by. The house was stocked with pretty much anything you can think of. Our favorite part was the hot tub and fire pit. 10/10 Kathy! Thank you again for the lovely stay.

Loved staying at Kim's place. It has a lot more space then the photos suggest but is also super cozy and warm. The decor is really well put together and creates a super fun atmosphere. We were set up really nicely, linens and bath towels, essentials, and the hot tub was heated up for when we arrived. It is a perfect place for skiing and après ski, only four minutes to the mnt and a sauna and hot tub are amazing after a long day of mountain fun. Loved the view of the river from the house and hot tub area. You can walk to restaurants, and everything is open during the winter, restaurants, market and liquor store, and Sam's for breakfast sandwiches. We had a great time and will definitely be back. I only wish we could have stayed longer! MC’s house is surrounded by beautiful nature and has no shortage of fun activities - tennis court, hot tub, fire pit, hiking nearby, etc. It was very comfortable and clean. The hosts were welcoming and communicative.

Adele was communicative, flexible, understanding, and helpful! Had a great trip, and would easily recommend this place to stay

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at Jasmine's and Kyle's! Their home is very clean and was spacious for the 4 of us to relax and have an enjoyable time. They included a lot of nice and thoughtful touches, such as separate towels for the hot tub and even disposable slippers for outdoor use (i.e., travel back and forth from the hot tub). The kitchen is very nice, well stocked, clean. And a great location to many of the local hotspots.

Dee was very responsive when we could not locate the wine opener and rectified the situation. The house is great for a large group. Was perfect way to celebrate a bride in a non traditional bachelorette type way.

Yvette's home was absolutely wonderful! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were cozy, the kitchen was well-equipped, and every little detail was thoughtfully arranged. Yvette was an exceptional host—super friendly, responsive, and always communicative. She made sure we had everything we needed and provided great local recommendations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

We had an amazing time! The house was awesome—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. It had everything we needed, and overall, it was a really great experience. The only downside was getting charged for a late check-out, which was a bit of a bummer, but other than that, everything was smooth and enjoyable. Would definitely recommend!

The place was great for a group of guys because one of the bedrooms had a couple bunk beds and some trundle beds. The hot tub and sauna combo was amazing and we used it every night. The master bedroom and bathroom were pristine. The house is big and it feels pretty nice, but it does kind of feel like it's a full-time rental place so it doesn't feel like it's lived in at all. the kitchen didn't even have cutting boards and the pans were not in great shape. no spices in the cabinets or olive oil or anything so we basically had to go out and shop for any supplies we needed. One of the arcade machines didn't work and the grill on the deck was in pretty sad shape so we decided not to grill because it was leaning at an angle and really rusty. We had a great time honestly and the price was great. The check-in was like something straight out of the commercials where the code on the front door didn't work until 4:00 on the dot. so we stood on the front porch for like 6 minutes just waiting.

Great Weekend getaway very private & secluded. Everything was perfect as advertised no complaints maybe besides to vacuum the couch free of pet dander for people with pet allergies. Everything else was spot on the hot tub was very fun. One piece of advice is to really stay on your own property line, we saw flashlights close by to ours at around 3 am. That would definitely spook you although i’m sure it was just neighbors. Would recommend this place to anyone , 100% worth it. 10/10

This is a lovely home with a very welcoming host. The property is well maintained, very comfortable, and we loved exploring the surrounding areas. I highly recommend this place for couples and families.

I had a wonderful time with my family at Stacy’s home! The hot tub was warm and ready when we arrived. Our dogs felt at home. The instructions were very thorough and provided lots of recommendations of things to do in the area. The gym was also wonderful to take advantage of some down time. We definitely recommend this house and hope to return.

This is a beautiful place, newly built on a private lot surrounded by trees. No cell service, but blazing fast WiFi and a landline if really needed. Can definitely recommend! Ben (host) was super responsive and has great instructions including YouTube how-to videos on how to use the amenities (whirlpool, fireplace, …). Great place to disconnect and recharge!

What a spot. We 10/10 recommend Zink Cabin. It's a one-of-a-kind gem. It's peaceful, it's beautiful, it's welcoming and cozy, it's perfectly stocked and set up. We worked and relaxed for a week and would definitely return. Some quick notes in case they help your stay: - so many great touches from the hosts (thank you!) - great coffee, local tips, sonos system, games, robes - there's not a ton of hiking directly from the cabin ((maybe not any?) but drive 15-20 mins and there's tons of the best hiking. Don't miss Minnewaska Park. - wifi is fast - it's a little tight for two people to do work calls at the same time (unless one can be outside, which is lovely) - dinner at inness restaurant in Accord is a great splurge Book it!

Beautiful house! We enjoyed our stay and found the house to be very comfortable and cozy! The location was great and felt very secluded but yet still very close to town. Loved all the amenities the house had to offer and the dogs enjoyed playing in the yard. The art and records in the house were a great touch. We would love to come back again!

We had a wonderful trip after visiting Legoland in Goshen, about an hour away. The cabin was perfect and we were able to explore Kaaterskill Falls, the world’s largest kaleidoscope, Woodstock and Phoenicia Diner + we enjoyed the hot tub and added to the painted rock collection on property.
