Il Posto Umbria is een landgoed van 2 hectare op een heuveltop in de schoonheid van het Umbrische platteland. Het biedt adembenemend uitzicht, rust en stilte zonder afgelegen te zijn. Er is een groot zwembad (10x15m) met veel zon- en schaduwrijke plekken onder de bomen. Op het terrein vind je 'The Rectory', een gerestaureerde pastorie uit de 17e eeuw, verdeeld in twee appartementen. Er zijn mogelijkheden om culinaire activiteiten te boeken zoals truffeljachten, wijnproeverijen en kooklessen.

E' un annesso di 60 mq adatto a coppie che vogliono visitare la nostra regione. Non abbiamo piscina ma abbiamo la tartufaia, il torrente, i caprioli, istrici, cinghiali, i nostri gatti e la cagnetta Moti. Nel giardino troverete erbe frutta e prodotti dell'orto. Dentro la casetta che affittiamo avrete a disposizione il nostro olio di oliva, e liquore di elicriso che produciamo noi. In realtà produciamo anche lo zafferano però questo lo vendiamo ! Naturalmente gli animali sono i benvenuti !

The house enjoys a rare and enchanting view of the Val d’Orcia and Monte Amiata, ensuring maximum privacy. The interiors mirror the charm of the Tuscan style, with antique furniture and finishes made by local artisans. It is equipped with a double bedroom, a large living room with a big table, a fully equipped kitchenette, a double sofa bed in front of the fireplace, in the living room. Outside, the patio will allow you to eat with the colors of the sunset as a backdrop.

With vintage décor throughout, there are tall ceilings with wood beams and a super view to the main piazza, the hills and the Tiber River. Surrounded by a supermarket, pharmacy, a theatre and shops. Very easy to get to the most beautiful medieval towns in central Italy: Perugia, Gubbio, Citta' di Castello and Assisi. The train station is just 5-minute walk away.

Casolare immerso nella natura

"IL PODERACCIO" è un tipico casolare in pietra posto sulle colline che circondano il Lago Trasimeno immerso in una stupenda macchia mediterranea. Il fabbricato si sviluppa su due piani. La piscina ed il giardino fanno da cornice al tutto. Apertura Piscina dal 1 Maggio al 1 5 Ottobre. Si fa presente che in seguito alla emergenza COVID 19 per la pulizia e la sanificazione della casa sono state adottate tutte le direttive previste dalla normativa in merito.

The house is in a good location for country walks, wildlife, sun, and sightseeing. It's in a nature filled valley with easy routes to interesting places like Siena or smaller towns such as Montone. The house is desirable because of the location, the people, the ambiance, the outdoors space, and the neighborhood. This small place is good for couples and solo adventurers. Wi-fi access has recently been improved in the house.
