Het appartement is 67 m² groot, het is er heel kalm en er is veel licht. Het is vlakbij de "Dillens", een leuke bar die o.a. ontbijt serveert. Het is ook dichtbij het Justitiepaleis en het Louizaplein. Het is perfect voor zakenlui of een koppeltje op zoek naar een romantisch verblijf. Het huis is heel goed geïsoleerd en elk appartement is heel rustig en dus voor rustige mensen. Het is een kalme buurt met weinig verkeer. De slaapkamer geeft uit op een binnentuin. Ikzelf woon ook in het huis.
