Lovely apartment with wonderful views and unbeatable location. The mainroom has a large 180x200 bed and a large partially enclosed terrace enabled as a 3rd bedroom. It can be very interesting for couples with children. Each room has a bathroom inside. The apartment is very spacious and bright. You'll not need your car since all the amenities are at your fingertips. The beaches (3 min. walk.), the beautiful port with its varied restaurants (1 min. walk.), superm. (1 min. walk), old town (10 min).

Lovely apartment on the beach, near city center

Charming Bermeja Beach is in a fabulous beach-side location, yet close to Estepona town centre. Houses with apartments are nestled around the garden and steps are leading down to Estepona’ s most popular beach – Playa del Cristo, a sheltered bay with gently shelving sand and two beach restaurants, perfect for families. There is a shared swimming pool, with a view over the sea. Bermeja Beach has a central location and no car is needed. You can walk to Estepona harbor and to the beautiful centre.

Dit nieuw compleet gerenoveerd appartement staat geheel tot uw beschikking. Direct aan het strand gelegen en met prachtig zeezicht. Dit appartement zit in het centrum van Estepona met diverse restaurants, winkels en supermarkten binnen een paar minuten loopafstand. Voor een hapje/drankje hoef je slechts met de lift naar beneden te gaan. Er is een parkeergarage (betaald) vlak voor de deur en veel parkeergelegenheid in de straten rondom. De perfecte plek met alle voorzieningen binnen loopafstand.

Our house is situated in an excellent location within a peaceful waterfront urbanisation in Estepona, a charming city on the Costa del Sol. It is just a few metres from Del Cristo beach. The property boasts a spacious private terrace with a private garden with barbecue facilities. A variety of attractions and sights are located nearby, including restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and beauty salons. Guests can leave their vehicles in the parking area and enjoy the beach and promenade on foot.

Just 10 metres from the beach and a short walk to Estepona’s charming Old Town, with cafés, restaurants and the promenade on your doorstep. Set on the 5th floor with lift access, this recently refurbished apartment is designed for comfort and quality. Juliet balconies in both rooms bring in light and sea air. Ideal for 2 adults. Lovely apartment in the port of Estepona with amazing sea views, town views and pool. Located 3 min walk from Rada Beach and 5 min walk from Cristo Beach (top beach of Costa del Sol), as well as a 10 min walk on the promenade to the old town. Surrounded by all types of amenities, busses and supermarkets, the apartment is in the heart of the port with great restaurants, bars and terraces. The apartment can host 3 people, 1 bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room.
