This beautiful, spacious and luminous 110 sqm loft is located in the heart of Alicante’s historic center with views over the old town. We renovated and designed this place respecting the traditional ways to build at the time, with limestone and wooden beams, while offering all the amenities of a modern apartment and a little bit of luxury. The beach is a 5 minutes (350m) walk away and the numerous nearby bars and restaurants invite you to enjoy the typical Mediterranean vibes of the old town.

If you enjoy the sun, the beach, the sea and stunning sunsets, , our apartment will be perfect for you. It is situated in a quiet residential area within a gated community, closed to traffic. The Saladar beach with more than one kilometre of golden sand is just a few meters away. It is a quite blue flag beach frequented mostly by locals. It has a promenade running the whole length of the beach where a good selection of bars and restaurants, can be found. There is also a small supermarket here.
