The house is newly renovated and has everything you need to enjoy and relax during your stay!

It is located on the islands’ southern part overviewing the southwestern harbour. Unobscured ocean view from the southeast to the west with Vinga lighthouse as neighbour in the southwest. The amazing nature surrounding this location offers a lot of fun activities like boating, canoeing, fishing, hiking, biking etc. With it's fully equipped kitchen, generous living space with an open fireplace and ability for 9 people to sleep comfortably, it's the perfect house for both big families, groups of friends or for a romantic getaway.

Tomt med fantastisk utsikt och skyddat läge bland trädtopparna. Två badrum med utsikt över skog och trädgård. Braskamin och balkong mot väster. Stor köksö och stort matsalsbord. Högt belägen trädgård med sol hela dagen och ingen insyn. Utedusch med varmvatten. Kolgrill. Många badplatser i närområdet, närmaste är Stamsjö badplats, ca 10 minuter att gå. Skogar med fina stigar gränsar till tomten.

This lovely 130 sqm house is located in a calm yet central location, close to parks, bars, restaurants, shops, a playground, the archipelago, a kids' swimming pool and the city centre. Short tram trips take you to the citycentre/archipelago and Slottskogen is a 5 minute walk away. Loud music/partying in the house or in the garden is not allowed.

Canoe and boat with motor available to borrow. Perfect place for walks in the forrest picking mushrooms in the fall or a cosy winter weekend by the fireplace!
