Vakantiewoningen met balkon in Val-de-Marne

A very clean & quiet apartment on a convenient location. A few mins walk from the orlybus stop and various subway lines. Many restaurants, bakeries and supermarkets nearby. Need to take a few steps of stairs before getting into and out of the elevators. There are two showers with only one toilet on the third bathroom. The host is very responsive and worked with us as we arrived a bit earlier than expected. We enjoyed our stay.

El departamento está muy bien equipado, tiene todo lo que uno necesita para una estadía cómoda. Está ubicado en un barrio excelente, con muy buenos accesos: hay paradas de metro y bus justo en la esquina. La única dificultad es que se encuentra en un quinto piso y el ascensor es extremadamente pequeño, por lo que no caben dos personas al mismo tiempo ni una persona con su equipaje, lo que puede ser incómodo si se viaja con niños pequeños o muchas maletas. Fuera de eso, todo estuvo perfecto.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento in 4 (famiglia con due ragazzi) e la vacanza è stata davvero piacevole. La casa rispecchiava perfettamente le foto: ben arredata, accogliente e dotata di tutti i comfort. Ogni ambiente era curato con gusto, dai colori rilassanti alle decorazioni che rendevano l’atmosfera calda e familiare. Le camere erano spaziose, i letti comodi e la cucina completa di tutto. Ottima anche la posizione, con un supermercato proprio sotto casa, molto fornito e comodo. L’unica pecca è stata la pulizia al nostro arrivo: abbiamo trovato spazzatura nei cestini, sporco nel freezer e un po’ in giro per casa. Un dettaglio che ha stonato con la qualità generale dell’appartamento (capisco che possa capitare qualche svista, soprattutto nei cambi rapidi). Maconpiù attenzione alla pulizia sarebbe stato tutto perfetto. Consigliamo comunque questa casa a chi cerca un posto bello e funzionale, ma speriamo in una maggiore cura nella preparazione prima dell’ingresso degli ospiti

I had an amazing stay at this apartment! The views of Boulevard Saint Germain were absolutely breathtaking, and it was such a treat to relax on the terrace and take it all in. The apartment itself was spacious, well-equipped, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Membrz's communication was exceptional—they were incredibly responsive and even allowed for an early bag drop and check-in, which was a huge help. I couldn't recommend this place more highly! A perfect spot for anyone visiting Paris.

PERFECTION! This gorgeous Paris apartment in the 5th district made our week-long stay feel special and authentic. The apartment is bright, cheery, spacious, modern and VERY comfortable. There are a ton of neighborhood restaurants nearby, making you feel like a local. Everything inside is brand new and high end. We slept extremely well - both beds were luxurious and comfortable, and the neighborhood is very quiet at night. The water pressure in the shower was my favorite feature! A true gift to have a strong shower in Paris, in a spotless bathroom. Having laundry in the kitchen was a game changer. We packed less, and therefore bought more as we had all that extra room in the suitcase. My daughter is now hooked on Nespresso in the morning, too. The space is very thoughtfully designed and beautifully decorated, and we absolutely hated to leave! We will be back, and I hope this unit will be available for us again. I suspect once word gets out, it will book up fast!
