C'est la maison la plus ancienne du domaine qui a été rénovée pour en faire un gîte cosy et grand confort avec 4 chambres en suite. La maison ouvre de plain pied sur un terrain en pelouse ombragée. Elle dispose d'une piscine 8x4 m, chauffée, privée, ouverte de mai à septembre, une terrasse de 60m2 avec une partie couverte. Sur le site un autre gîte peut accueillir 15 personnes.
